The instructor is very calm friendly and collective person, he will make one practice their weakness until it gets perfect. In just 3 classes he made me do parallel parking over more than 20 to 25 times until I got it perfect. And in the day of my exam I literally nailed the parallel parking. Highly Recommended. I made a registration on Aug 19 for the September 1st class. I made some arrangements. My husband took 4 days off work to stay with our baby, and when I came to class as per the confirmation email they had sent, they didn't take me in, claiming they didn't have a spot for me! Seriously?! What about the confirmation email?! Don't you know how many students you have registered for the program? You think people have nothing to do? Very unprofessional! Also, school was dirty and gave me a very first bad impression! I recommend that you should look for another school!

Perfect all 'round. Classes were taught well. We somehow got through the entire book without needing to actually sit and read alone. He taught everything from it. He answered all my questions. The homework is very do-able. The instructor is always there to help you understand anything you don't. Just did my first ever driving today. It was a breeze. Instructor is super calm, tells you exactly what to do, and takes care of everything for you. He watches everything, corrects you, and makes sure you're safe even if you have no clue what the hell you're doing. Plus he encourages you to take initiative and do your best to follow the rules. He won't stop you from looking over your shoulder and in your mirrors even if you're having trouble concentrating on just gas/brake/stop/lights. He can do the driving with you on most days, most times. You use his car for it, at no extra charge. 2 hours per session. He picks you up at your place, it's very nice. He lets you use his car for the road test too, for like ~$75.

Amazing instructor. I’m not great at paying attention or focusing very well, but the instructors patience and experience were extremely helpful and I somehow remember it all. They understand that you probably don’t enjoy learning about road rules all that much so they make sure to be engaging and don’t just sit there talking for hours on end. I found it great how they provided tips and tricks to use on the test and for driving in general. Taking small steps for the in-car portion and providing easy ways to remember how to park perfectly helped me quickly improve my skills. Overall 10/10 experience, passed G1 and G2 first try.

Today on the highway I was cut off by one of their vehicles. I had just merged into the middle lane, was going about 100km on the Expressway in Kitchener, when a Orchard car came into my lane about 3 metres in front of me, and must have only been going about 80km/ hour. I had to hit my brakes causing my vehicle to swerve and I attempted to get over into the fast lane but there was a truck going about 110km coming up on me. The person operating the Orchard vehicle then raised their hand to their head taping it. The Orchard car was totally unaware of me merging into the middle lane as well as the speed at which I was traveling, they had no regard for my safety and totally cut me off. Worst experience I have ever had on the road, and was surprised that it was a Driving school. So I thought I should let anyone considering this school know that their instructors are unprofessional and even made aggressive/provoking gestures towards me after cutting me off.

George was great as my driving instructor! He was professional but very warm and provided simple but effective techniques for parallel parking, 3 point turns, reverse and forwards parking as well as driving in general! He also shared lots of tips for what was expected on the G2 road test and what not to do! I used his car for my road test and passed on the first try! I would highly recommend George and the Orchard Driving School. Rates were also quite reasonable.

I noticed that most of my reviews were three or more stars. After a bit of thinking of something I could give one or two, I decided on Orchard. I took Orchard driver training and hated every minute of the in-car portion. The instructors I had (it was the wife for the first lesson and the husband for the remaining ones) were incredibly rude. My lessons would always end at least 20 minutes early, but I never complained since it was such a miserable experience. The in class was boring, but that's probably the same everywhere. Just take YD.

Upon trying to find the school door entrance, I got a bit lost BUT then I checked the Google photos and found the school doors right away for my first day of class. Orchard Driver Education Ltd is taught (and probably owned by) George. He spends 4 days of 9:00am to 2:30pm making you read through a textbook with him which actually calmed a lot of my nerves for being a very inexperienced 29 year old driver (such as myself). Most of the students are 16, but having grown up in Toronto there was no need to learn how to drive until moving here to KW. Thankfully George is respectful and my age difference isn't an issue. Real driving lessons are booked in 2 hour sessions outside of the 4 days of class. While in class be sure to pay attention, participate and review what was taught when you get home. If you do so, you'll get perfect on all in class tests. Finally I can leave that bus life behind!

Registered my spouse he got there was told no debit machine and e transfer is ok the guy mentioned he has direct deposit so I etransfered the money and there was no direct deposit and the guy wouldn't accept it cause of password said it was too much of a headache. I had my spouses card so he couldnt get cash so he basically went there for nothing wasted his time waking up early to go across town for nothing.
