Cegin was extremely understanding of my plight. I have had driving anxiety for ten years now, and he helped me work past it, and pass my exam on the first try. From 0 experience to a passed N test, he is great at what he does, and provides a very comfortable environment to learn in. I can not recommend him enough! He works with your scheduling, so even though I manage a very busy store, lessons were consistent and I never had to rearrange my day. I can not thank him enough for what he has done to improve my quality of life.
