The initiation division of the Sudbury Minor Hockey Association has almost all their ice time at RHP. The ice is hard, facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This place is truly dedicated to the building of skills for Sudbury's youth and adults.

Have spent lots of money over the last 3-4 years at RHP but not anymore. Had a few issues with scheduling and number of coaches allowed on the bench during 3 on 3 games and owner could care less. Was discussing the matter with him at their facility and he walked away from me in mid conversation to deal with a customer at the counter. Told me to email him and I did...no response. Emailed about scheduling no response. So frustrated we are not coming back and they dont' care as we are "only one team". Unfortunately they are the only facility for 3 on 3 and hockey training that I think the customer service has suffered because of it. Hopefully someone decides to open up another facility and give them some competition as I know many who would go elsewhere if they could!

My son presented to this business to participate in a recreational program- he is under 12yo. My family was refused access to dress and observe my very young child participating in physical activity. This is a deplorable actions to impose upon the suffering small businesses, but equally cowardly of the businesses to uphold these discriminatory mandates. You, the business are banking on the business of the very population that advocated for lockdowns- limiting your operations throughout the past 18 months. You want to "earn a living", I challenge you to earn it ethically, morally, and honestly. Where has humanity gone- we as a society has lost the ability to show compassion and empathy to one another (this is what separates us from the animals). SUCH A DISAPOINTMENT
