J'y ai découvert que j'avais tout en moi, mais que je ne savais pas comment m'en servir et surtout que j'avais le droit de m'en servir! Le formateur a su nous transmettre sa passion pour la communication avec un professionnalisme et une justesse remarquable, faisant des critiques constructives qui nous poussent beaucoup plus haut qu'on ne l'aurait cru. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait d'être dans un petit groupe de six participants. C'est intime et ça favorise l'aisance, la pratique. Bref, j’ai adoré mon expérience et je recommande fortement cette formation!
