It is directly on the right when driving in the EAST direction (towards St-Anne de Beaupré). Very close to Beauport and Quebec. About 8 minutes from Beauport. 3 minutes from Montmorency Falls. Possibility to follow Karate Kempo lessons as well as lessons, Cardio-boxing, Boxing and Kick-Boxing. There are two large separate rooms allowing several people to practice different disciplines at the same time. The place is easily accessible and has parking near the main gate. There are also separate changing rooms for women and men. The premises are clean and well maintained. Il y a deux grandes salles séparées permettant à plusieurs personnes de pratiquer en même temps différentes disciplines. L'endroit est facile d'accès et possède un stationnement près de la porte principale. Il y a aussi vestiaires pour femmes et pour hommes qui sont séparés. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenu. Il y a aussi tout le matériel nécessaire pour la pratique des différents sports offerts
