Super hands on, unlike your typical First-Aid/CPR classes which are usually slide shows and text books. The instructor is so kind and keeps you interested from the start. You won’t be feeling bored, I promise! The equipment is hands down the best and makes you feel like you’re actually in a scenario. The class is open and super comfortable, not awkward at all :) I would recommend this 10 times over to anyone interested/anyone who needs to take First-Aid/CPR.

I have taken many first aid classes over the years, and this one, HANDS DOWN is the very best one that I have taken. I would recommend Life Start Training without reservations. Just because it is First Aid, should not mean it has to be boring, and this class was definitely not boring. Thank you so much for sharing your course material and knowledge in a fun and entertainging way. I look forward to recertifying with your company when the next time comes.
