Her knowledge of, and experience with dogs means Theo is happy and safe when he is with her...and my mind is at ease. Caroline helped us become a calmer house hold again! Our dog Otis would never lay down and be constantly chewing our walls or anything he could get ahold of. She helped us and showed us many ways to change the behaviour to wanted behaviour! We also attended her puppy classes and it was amazing :)

Amazing Trainer! Caroline is great! She gives homework after each lesson and its such a good "bang for your buck" - the obedience was 10 weeks long and our dog really enjoyed and learned from the lessons!

Caroline was so great - I actually referred two of my friends to her and they will start obedience in November! Caroline also brings her own dog to class which is great because she uses her as an example or "show and tell" of the lesson. She also gives handouts after every class which re-cap the lesson and gives you "hwk" for the week. The classes were both inside and outside. I have attached a picture of our Bogey in class sitting. He has improved so much! His sit stay and sit down are so much better after taking this class. He actually listens to us and I can't wait to continue to incorporate Caroline lessons into Bogeys life!

Caroline Bird at ABC Dog Training is a very knowledgeable trainer. It is clear that she loves dogs and she goes above and beyond to help dogs and their owners to come to their full potential. I would recommend her to anyone and I'd give her ten stars out of ten if possible.

Absolutely love Caroline! She has worked with 2 of my dogs and soon my third. She is passionate about what she does and she is wonderful at giving one-on-one help and advice. She also runs a fantastic kennel I have used for all 3 of my dogs. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend! My dogs love her.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. The customer service from this trainer, and I use that word confidently, was incredible! She is not aggressive with me, my dogs, or anyone she comes in contact with. Her methods are positive, just as she claimed and demonstrated. I witnessed her standing by her word to help my dog accomplish multiple tricks. My dog literally loved every second with Caroline and she said "it's ok, even when he's just having a sulk", as dogs can do that from time to time. It's something we all can imagine!! If you are looking for a responsible trainer, I wouldn't look any further because she's the absolute best and will go above and beyond. If you've read this far I would like to point out I'm mocking Sally Eager, as she seems too eager to write a fake review.

Ms Bird checked out my rescue dog when we first got her. The poor dog (Lady) had soooo many phobias, but with Caroline's help she became a wonderful companion. I trust Caroline's suggestions and care for animals. Thanks to Caroline, we now have a stable, trustworthy dog.

Caroline uses positive reinforcement techniques and takes her time waiting until the dog participates in the training rather than forcing them to do what she is asking. She has a multitude of different techniques and is patient with the dogs and their owners. Hank loves her!

I have taken several dogs to Caroline, she has always been tremendously helpful, courteous and professional. She will do her very best for you and let me and one of my dogs repeat a class because we needed extra help, Duncan and I were very grateful. We have done agility and training and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I know she has adopted dogs no one else would take, and has volunteered to take dogs that needed help from the animal rescue to give them training to give them a better chance of a good home. Thank you Caroline for your hard work and love of dogs.

If I could leave a no star I would. The customer service from this "trainer" and I use the word loosely, was horrible. She was not only aggressive with me, but with my dogs. Her methods are NOT positive as she claimed. I saw her standing on my dogs leash to "help" her go into a down. My dog literally shut down and she said "it's ok, he's just having a sulk" can you imagine!? If you are looking for a responsible trainer, I would keep looking.
