I really liked my last lesson. I was always told before that I was advanced and that I'm doing good. They never really learned the technics and didn't give me any comments. However, on my last lesson, my instructor learned me about the lane changes, the parking, the véhicule engine and the highwayz. Before, I did it good and the other instructors just were silent. However, this class learned me a lot and finally I don't feel myself that good and I know what to improve. I feel for the first time that it's worth my money.

It was amazing! I had instructor Nabil / Billy. He was very professional and explained thoroughly, in a nicely articulated and clear manner. We did an exercise to really drill-in the range of each mirror, and the blind-spot, among the regular driving. His instructions were clear; and the entire experience was amazing, extremely positive. I was nervous when I went for the class, especially wondering how it’s gonna be during COVID, but everything went smoothly and I gained a more confidence and understanding of road communication, what your telling others by slowing down or speeding up. The exercises really helped understand the functions of the mirrors as well as the optimal time for lane switching, how to switch in certain situations, how to tell if it’s safe to switch and so on. Overall, I left there with more confidence and a lot more *practical* knowledge. 5 stars ⭐️

I absolutely recommend Access to learn how to drive! The staff there is very welcoming, helpful and above all they will make you into an excellent driver. They make the courses interesting and give you everything you need in order to pass, and more. They really do want the best for all of their students. Special thanks to Lorenz for teaching most of my theory lessons, Daniel for being the chillest instructor ever who I had for 5/10 of my in-car sessions, and of course Anca at the desk doing all the behind the scenes work. Passed road test on first try. Great driving school! Staff are very friendly and accomedating. Anca, the receptionist, is extremely kind and helpful. They want you to become a good driver and will help you all the way through. Choose Roberto for outings if you can. Their theory classes are (surprisingly) fun due to Lorenz (spelling?) who's really passionate about this stuff and wants you to learn. He makes it very interesting and much easier to learn all the (sometimes dry) theory. Definitely would recommend!

We are definitely not going back with this school, we were so patient with them when covid hit. But when things started to open up, it was difficult to get courses, and in car lessons. They don’t answer emails, they don’t answer phones, they don’t call back. The only way we got things to move along was to show up in person. Finally when my son was ready for his SAAQ driving test, he gets there only to be told that Access made a mistake on his papers. It could have been fixed by phone, but guess what?? They didn’t answer ! So we showed up in person, and yes they fixed it. The lady that was there apologized, and said she was still on emails from 10 days ago! More like 2 months….Sorry but this is unacceptable!

I want to start by recommending this driving school to anyone who is looking to start the journey of getting their license here in Quebec. It's a long process that takes time and commitment, but at Access, they're with you every step of the way. I want to give a special shout out to Lorenz who taught most of my in class lessons. Just watching him teach was amazing. It was a joy to see the passion and the fun he put into teaching us about the rules of the road, and was always willing to share a personal experience to be able to better connect the reason for the rules to real life situations. Thank you Lorenz for teaching me so much, I'm sorry we weren't able to share a driving lesson together. And for my in car sessions, I'd like to tip my hat to Alex, who, for six hours, put up with me over the course of three weeks. It was a pleasure to ride with you. Also to Cynthia for showing me a few tips and tricks to be able to more easily control the car and help be able to predict my surroundings better. And lastly, I want to give a special thanks also to Karan who saw me at the beginning, then again for my final lesson. He put me through the ringer for the final evaluation! It was a tough evaluation, but he made sure that I was ready to hit the road solo and it was a great time! * I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!! PLEASEEE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM* I don't even know where to start!!! One of the receptionists screamed at me while we were on the phone. I went to the school to make a complaint and they didn't do ANYTHING about it. I had one of the worst instructors EVER. He barely taught me anything, couldn't answer my questions, would not give me any tips or tricks to improve my driving. Called the school and asked them twice not to put me with that driving instructor and they didn't do ANYTHING about it because I had him one more time after that. I was told by the access Pierrefonds receptionist that I was going to get money credited to me. They dodged me and jerked me around for months to finally tell me that they weren't going to do ANYTHING about it. Basically, they feed you a bunch of empty promises. If u have an issue with them you have to call them repeatedly and hope and pray that they answer the phone. If you ask anyone around you if Access is a good school I am 100% sure that they will say "NO" especially the Pierrefonds locations.

My experience with this school has been awful! We have been waiting to get availabilities for months and months. Every time we write an email or call, NO REPLY. NO ANSWER. My son has been waiting to complete his theory and practical training for a long time but we don't get any replies. His temp license will expire soon and he will have to pay again all because he is unable to get any availabilities from Access Pierrefonds driving school, to complete his course. I personally went to the school one morning to see what was going on. A young receptionist said my son should go ahead and book his final exam with the SAAQ - EVEN THOUGH HE HAS NOT FINISHED HIS THEORY! When I told her that he had to finish his theory before writing the final exam, she said: "Just have him study the book!!" REALLY?? Is this what I paid for??? I paid the course in full! I am truly disappointed and angry!! Again this week we sent emails, no answer!! I called again, left a detailed message asking for a total refund since we have no way of moving forward with this - but again NO ANSWER! No call-back! How are we supposed to proceed when we can't get in touch with anyone from that office and we don't get any information, replies or call-backs???!! I have no other choice but to take the necessary steps for a total refund and go elsewhere so my son can complete his driving course!
