Very friendly atmosphere with serious knowledge of self defense, Brazilian Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai. Great self discipline experience for children through to adults. Don't be intimidated, we've all had to start somewhere. Just one big happy family.

I could write a novel about how AMAZING defensive arts training centre is. Everyone here is just so amazing and welcoming, everyone here truly is a second family.

Sensei Gerry and the other instructors have a really good rapport with the students. My son, who can be rather shy and reserved, has grown considerably over the year. Significant care is made in impressing upon the students that being trained in a martial art requires restraint - I can't count how many times I have heard Sensei tell the kids that what they learn in class is for use in class or if they are in danger, and is not for impressing friends or for use on siblings.

DATC is a great place my three children love going. They have learned a lot of great things. Especially my oldest son it has helped him with social skills making friends also it has helped him how to handle bullys.

Five stars all the way, great people, great classes. Lost 40 Lbs in 6 months. I have done the kickboxing and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and can't get enough. Gerry Disanto is a fantastic teacher, he's very knowledgeable and skilled. Many Black belts on hand to support you on your journey. Very welcoming and great place to train.
