Need to improve the customer service,but not all the staff some really need to learn what's customer service means.

After reading the reviews I was sceptical about going inside to ask anything as a newcomer. Finally went to ask about getting my first BC driving license and the lady who worked was fanstastic and pleasant. She gave me all the information I needed and some studying books for free. Satisfied with the service.

Bureaucracy at it's finest. Of course they could not replace my stolen healthcare.

The woman who helped me was very rude and condescending. She talked over me and didn’t let me finish asking my question - completely interrupted me. I had a few questions for her as I’ve just moved into province and bought my first car ever. Because I didn’t have the correct documents (I didn’t know what I needed) she instantly turned me away and didn’t want me wasting her time. Not good customer service.

Shocking service, i truly dread going here. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt but i have had bad experiences over about 5 occasions. I have never had such a rude and disrespectful customer service experience.
