Ignorant instructor and secretary. This was payed for thankfully otherwise I would have requested a refund. The instructor was rude and ignorant. So was the receptionist. Iv taken advanced first aid a few times and this was the poorest course yet. They do not properly clean there cpr gear after this course the group of us all got sick. All so when they say they gonna switch off into groups of 4 for a fast test it's realy a suprise fake emergency.

A training facility which offers multiple courses. Staff are capable,friendly and for the course I took (first aid re- qualification) the classroom size was ideal- 8 people. Facilities were clean and offered some amenities free coffee,water & a snack machine. A good option for any training needs.

Forklift. Instructor has been doing it for 11years and you can tell. Knowledgeable for sure but as bored as his students. The facility and equipment is old, dirty, and in disrepair. Owners/Management clearly do not care. Place comes off as an old truck stop not a professional training facility.

I paid for my air brakes course. Then I got too busy at work and cancelled it. Wheels on refused to give me my 210$ saying I can take it at my earliest convenience. Came back to reschedule it with all original receipts in a year. That was my earliest convenience time. They told me it's been too long and I have to pay again. Ok, I get it, it has been over 12 month, but it is not like they can't track my payment like back 10 years ago... They know they got my money, and still refuse to work out some kind of win win solution. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE STAY AWAY I personally will not spend a cent at wheels on after this.

Been using this place off and on for over 10 yrs. Just finished my class 1 there. Big thumbs up to Matt. Great instructor. But to the owners daughter Courtenay that runs the place forgets we pay her for the services their. And can't coordinate schedules. 5 schedules changes in a 6 week program. And only 1 person in class. What a joke. Just lost my business from me doing anymore courses there. Wouldn't recommend this place

Just did class 3 driving school and test through this outfit. The driving instructor goes way above and beyond to make sure you pass your exam. He makes sure to drill the small things into your head that would normally be forgotten. Blunt but friendly and makes a a relaxed and fun learning environment.

The guy at the front desk directing people to courses was very rude. He blurted out the room number for the course and some payment directions that were vague. When I asked for clarification,he condescendingly repeated the part about when I was supposed to pay. Then proceeded to mock me as I walked to my course to the girls in the back office. Instructor for my H2S course was knowledgeable and I enjoyed the course , which is why this is 2 stars instead of one .

Excellent place to get your tickets. Very large classrooms, good coffee, vending machines, a mini fridge and a microwave for public use. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. I had 3 different instructors who were all absolutely amazing! Johnny, the H2S instructor was my favorite, he was funny and made the class totally enjoyable!
