It was more than I expected, I took a picture in for my hair to be done, and they blew me away, my hair turned out way better than the pic. I will recommend this school to all my friends and family. I have been very impressed with the haircuts I have received here. The price is excellent. I really appreciate how available the instructors are for the students to get feedback as needed. The instructors are very encouraging to the students telling them they have done a great job; I really appreciate this as I feel this grows confidence for the students and the clients. The students and instructors are very thorough in ensuring that the haircut is done exactly how I want. I also like that I can get an appointment very soon after I call. The haircuts may take a bit longer but it is definitely worth it for the price, pleasant experience, and end result. The only thing that I would change is the hours they are open. I would love to come here regularly for my haircuts however currently I have to take time off work due to the limited hours they are open.

I'm so happy I decided to book an appointment here ☺ it was for a manicure, which I had a coupon for, and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect, as it is a college and was a free service???? I was very pleasantly surprised. My poor memory sadly cannot remember the name of the sweetie who did my nails, but she was wonderful! I felt comfortable, welcome and taken care of. Meticulous and thorough with my poor damaged paper thin nails ???? so happy with the result, and will definitely be booking back in for more services. ????????

Today is the first day that I've been in this building in more than 25+ yrs. It was the Academy back then. Now in 2019 I decided to try this salon/ school again. I bought a coupon book pkg for Wounded Warriors of Canada for $25.00. What a great coupon book, and what a great cause. Anyways, back to Delmar. I have to say, I was very impressed today. My appointment was at 3:00pm. I was sitting in the chair at 2:55. My stylist, Tamara had my hair styled, washed, checked, done in less than 30 mins. I love my hair style, I loved the comfortable, relax filling of the salon/ school. I was so impressed with how quickly I was done. And I was also impressed with Tamara, my stylist, she gives the best scalp massage, she definitely was making me feel so relaxed????????????‍♀️????‍♀️ I've already made my next appoint with Tamara Sept, I've decided to get my hair coloured at my next appoint. I'll let you know how it all goes. ????????

A professional environment for inexpensive haircuts (and more) by students that are supervised by their teachers. This is my third appointment with Becca and I have been satisfied each time. She has done both cuts and colors for me in the past. Make sure to book an appointment with her; she will be there until the third week of August 2021

I was a model for a student attending Delmar college for a pedicure. The student Dania O’Hara did a great job on the pedicure I was extremely impressed. Her instructer named Abby was amazing as well. Super helpful, insightful and she was so good with her students and clients. The building was clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing on the inside. Overall I had a great experience!

Honestly, i have never felt more at home in a place full of people. The staff is always so welcoming as well as the amazing stylist. I’ve never been so happy to be apart of a team at this school. The receptionist is always gives the right amount of time for every client, the instructors always give the right advice and will NEVER steer you in the wrong direction. They will never let you leave looking like a mess. The staff overall is so considerate and the director reminds me of a Meryl Streep from Devil Wears Prada, she gets things done and she does it properly. I am so thankful to have an accepting atmosphere, and would recommend this school to anyone looking to pursue a career in hair or aesthetics. I am grateful to be here every single day.
