This course was recommended to me by family and friends and finally just took the jump to do it. The course covered bike handling and driving maneuvers I thought pretty well. Instructors were knowledgeable and patient with my learning curve and took the extra time to coach any issues I was having, also having the saftey test being part of the course is a plus. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into motorcycling.

I don't typically post anything negative but this is a bit of a complaint/rant. I booked a course for June 10-13th and in 2 days after booking the course I had plans change and could no longer take the course. Not looking at the confirmation email, just printing off the receipt online was one of my mistakes. When booking with them online... Which is the only way to book with them... you have to leave a deposit $250+GST which is completely understandable. MY issue was when going to cancel (again after only 2 days)they charge a $100 + GST cancelation fee!!! AFTER 2 DAYS!!! The booked course is over 2 months away!!! I get these are tough times with Covid and such but to lose 40% of my deposit after booking online is outrageous. While booking it DOES NOT say anything about a cancellation fee UNTIL you look at your confirmation email after paying your deposit... If you are going to charge any type of cancellation fee it should be stated on the payment page NOT after you've already paid! I was going to also reschedule but after finding this out I'm going to be booking with a different company, and i will be sure to tell anyone I know looking for bike training about this experience.
