I was very pleased with how everyone dealt with me. I drove up from Wells to take the exam and unfortunately had an issue with a hold that they were able to look into it so that I could take my test, the adjudicator stayed late to accommodate me. Everyone was professional and helpful, thanks so much!

Did my first class 7N road test here today and the instructor was amazing. Not only did she answer any questions I had, she also gave detailed feedback as well as have great patience for my nervousness. Didn't pass, but she gave great tips and did not make me feel bad about not passing. Overall very satisfied ????

As a teenager I was failed twice on my road test for really strange reasons, that appear like they're failing people on purpose to make them retake. Fail #1, While turning a corner I was moving my hands accross the wheel. I passed all parts of the road test, however the examiner said that during the turn I didn't have both hands on the wheel so I 'lost control of the vehicle'. Attempt #2 was also a fail. Again I passed all portions of the test, however I was failed because as I was going through an intersection on a yellow light, a car in the oncoming lane sharply turned left and cut off the bus in front of me, this led to the bus and I needing to slam on our brakes. No one was hit thankfully, however, while we were stopped in the middle of the intersection, and the light turned red, and we exited the intersection as soon as we could. I was told I failed the test for 'running a red light'. I knew I entered on a yellow along with the bus and car behind me, so I asked how I could have ran a red light when a car on the other side forced us to a stop in the middle of the intersection. The manager said he had to side with instructors marking, so I was failed again. Finally, on the 3rd time I passed easily. That was over 10 years ago and I've had a clean driving record and max ICBC discount. I believe instructors try to fail people to generate more revenue. That's the problem you get when you allow a monopoly to rule a market.

Nobody works here? Every time I come to renew my license or anything, whether I have an appointment or not, there is literally nobody in the entire building. No sign saying they are at lunch or anything. Just nobody here. The website said to come weekday mornings and they don't even have one staff member running a desk or a till. So annoying.

TERRIBLE. Horrible experience, horrible instructors and horrible service. If this wasn’t the only place in town, I would never step foot in it again. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Absolutely awful. I’m so displeased with the service I am debating reporting. Don’t come here unless you have to.

Just went to drop my friend off for his roadtest and forgot to bring my mask with me, they were like you need a mask before entering the building it means they wanted me to go back and get mask or what? and then instead of giving or offering a mask they told me you can leave the building if you dont have a mask, I wanted to wait there until my friends test was over. That was one of the worst experience I have had in PG

No matter what i do they fail me, i have been there 6 times now and its always something different with them, if i miss one right turn signal or 1 too many missed right shoulder checks they fail me or apparently wheel palming, no matter what i do they fail me, everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend that everyone go somewhere else like for saint james or vanderhoof.

I was greeted politely upon entering and had my details taken. My instructor was a couple of minutes early and was very profesional whilst being polite and calming. Over all a significantly more pleasent experience than I had expected from a road test.
