Boarded my dogs overnight together in an executive kennel. One can be dog reactive, the other is old and has some troubles holding her poop. Both issues were discussed with staff on phone before choosing to book here. I filled out the forms but was not asked about which vet to use incase of emergency, how much energy to spend saving either one, or any emergency contact info. I told them to feed them seperately as the younger one can be food agressive, and the older one won't eat to help keep the peace. When I picked them up the next day, the bowls of food had been left in the kennels close to each other with both dogs, directly opposite as told. My older girl had also peed all over everything and it had not been cleaned. Would not use again.

What a fantastic daycare and boarding facility! We felt totally at ease and comfortable leaving our girl here for a few days while we were away. The team at Ace's K9 took great care of her and made sure she was safe, comfortable, and well looked after. They even posted photos of her stay so that we could see how she was doing. So impressed, and very happy to have found such a great place! Thank you!!!! ????❤️????

Ace's is my huskies favorite place to be! The staff are super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. You can tell right away that this business is owned/operated by wonderful people who truly care about each and every dog as if they were their own. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else after experiencing such a high level of quality and care that they put in at Ace's on a daily basis. I very highly recommend them to everyone in the area - hands down the best boarding/daycare facility in Prince George :)
