Well, I didn't stay here for the golf courses coz I don't know golf, maybe one day. But I was staying here with my brother's family to make our trip to Niagara and going around and we stayed at the Barrel House. Firstly, this place deserves an award for having staffs with best smiles. Secondly, make sure you get served by Caitlyn in the bar who is nothing short of pleasant smiles. The place is well maintained and they attend to any amenity problems in no time. The golf courses around make your mornings a pleasant waking up to. I personally enjoyed the night skies with no light pollution and in fact found that counting Stars is not possible. Hey I come from Montreal where counting Stars is easy. Wish I had a telescope with me on this trip. Next time for sure. Overall I had a pleasant vacation during Canada day 2019. Wish you guys goodluck and more customers in the future.

I could be a little bias since I started working back at Niagara's Friendliest Golf Course in late May, however hardly a day goes by that someone new to Whisky Run comments that they had a great time and that they are planning a returned trip to play again. In this crazy time, we are living it is so nice to see people smiling, laughing, and getting out to enjoy the great summer weather. Happy Canada Day!!

Great family owned and operated golf course. Staff and family are very friendly and hold lots of events. Has frisbee and foot golf for kids or whoever and 3 fun sets of 9 holes. Owl is great for working on the short game a few holes are reachable in 1 if you know where to hit over the trees. Fox is more challenging then it looks even without all the ponds the serpent. Serpent is my favorite 9 with all the water hazards and a couple drivable par 4's with a good wind at your back. If your in the Port colborne area looking to play a round of golf at a competitive price I would recommend going down and checking it out.

This is not golf related. The turkey dinner for four we ordered with the golf course was AMAZING!!! All of it, the turkey,mashed potatoes,vegetables,gravy,cranberry sauce and dessert. Thanks again, it was a treat!!

Golf here alot. Very friendly, family atmosphere 3 courses to choose from. Easy to more challenging. Opening day this year was the busiest I've ever seen. Great to see golf is back.

Whisky Run is my favourite golf course. 27 holes, with 3 seperate courses of 9 holes. Each 9 holes offers a unique experience. Super friendly staff and great food. I love it here! They say Niagara's Friendliest golf course. I say WORLD'S Friendliest Golf Course!

This is a great option for golf near Crystal Beach! The Owl executive course was a great fit for my young boys who enjoyed being able to play the full course from the forward tees. We also really enjoyed our meal on the patio after the round, as both the food and service was excellent!

27 holes. The 9 hole Owl course is great for kids. Not too long and no water to worry about. Up to three kids golf free on the Owl with a paid adult. Great way to get them involved in the sport.

I grew up playing Whisky Run while participating in their junior camps. I now work and play there and have a great time! Such a friendly environment to be around and it's in great condition! Great place to golf and eat some delicious food on the patio!

Great course and the prices are fair. We drove up from the US to play all 27 holes, it’s was a blast. They made sure we had all the info on the course and even gave us a book that had a description of each hole. Cheers.

$28 for walking 18 was well worth it. Fairways in great shape and some tricky greens! Serpent and Fox are fun!

Clarification is lacking immensely. Within their own website you cannot even find their hours. Their "Birdi" booking system did not notify me after trying to book a time and when trying to find clarification on the booking of said time there is no where within the program to even check if your booking time was correct or not. Seems to me that they're trying to be more innovative rather than honing what they already have....

It took just over 2 hours to play the Owl. It has short holes and like myself none of the players are that good. So rather than try and maximize sales at the expense of your patrons it would be better to have more space between tee times so you d o not have 3 groups standing at the same tee.

What an amazing job Whisky Run did hosting our golf tournament yesterday! They simply could not have done more to make the day the run smoothly for us. Everybody on staff was welcoming and helpful. All our golfers enjoyed the course, and the rib dinner was delicious! We are very glad that we chose Whisky Run for our tournament this year. Highly recommended!

I am 78 years old and have played alot in my time. I like golf but golf does not like me.When I heard Whiskey Run had some golf clinics coming up .I took advantage especially at the rates that were offered. No Brainer. My lesson on the fundamentals of the golf swing with Jeff Roy took a new turn.Fixed my faults and Wow my hits were awesome. Looking forward for the other lessons I signed up for. Great course for all different skill levels, grew up attending kids camp and continue to golf at Whisky Run to this day. Enjoy everything from the course to the Bootlegger Bistro after the round.

I'd never been golfing before this year. I was bored from being stuck inside for months and golf was perfect for distancing. I heard about a free membership for the owl for a month on the radio and used the code to try it out. WOW. Whisky run has an awesome variety over the 3 courses, great clubhouse, shop, and driving range. Reasonably priced for beginners too, so you don't have to waste hundreds of dollars finding out if you hate golf.

One of my favourite courses in Niagara and probably the best value. Great variety between the 9's and always in perfect shape. Friendly and helpful staff as well. I haven't tried the food yet, but with all the positive reviews I'll have to give it a shot!

A good place to be is how I would describe Whisky Run. Friendly people whether staff or members or people who just want to enjoy the game we all love. I just started my job in the pro shop and find the customers easy to serve and friendly. It really is the Friendliest Course in Niagara. This year my real joy is to teach kids my game in both Junior Lessons and Junior Camps. The place is set up to please with the condition of the course, the quality of service and a patio deck that just makes you relax. Happy place with happy people. Including me.

I ordered the Father's Day takeout deal last Sunday and it was awesome!!! Ribs, chicken, twice baked potatoes, baked mac & cheese, rolls & coleslaw cooked perfectly and all heat & serve. For $100 it was a good value...it fed 4 of us with lots of leftovers and we got two 9 hole golf passes to boot. I'd do that again. Thanks for an easy Father's Day!

Not much of a golfer myself but, the Bootlegger Bistro offers very good yet affordable food. The Whisky Burger with fresh cut fries is always great. Sitting out on the patios overlooking the Owl is enjoyable and relaxing. Whisky Run is a great place to visit!
