Called a few weeks back, and the owner picked up (Good). As I was making questions about some of the programs and the logistics around it, the owner seemed to find it better to answer them in person (Good/bad), which would make sense in a pre-COVID environment and/or if they had more flexible work hours during the week (Bad). Felt pretty rude (Bad), and ended up on not even trying to go to their school, rather resorting to a private instructor or some other nearby option (even if more costly). Update: Contacted a private instructor. Took a few lessons and one before the test. Easy, reliable, flexible. More than these guys.

My instructor was Maria and I found her to be very helpful. Personality wise she was a very chilling, friendly person and fun to talk with. And trust me she would take your nervousness away right on the first lesson. I would highly recommend getting her as your in car instructor. Both Ben and Joshua provided excellent services. I highly recommend this driving school. I originally went with Young Drivers many years ago and it was not worth the money, the instructors did not care and the teaching was not very involved. Brisa was a great experience, I learned a lot about driving defensively, and my driving instructor Walter reinforced the rules every lesson. It really helped me and I'm glad to have chosen Brisa. i received my G1 and G2 through this company and never had an issue with them. I just received my G today. and it was a struggle i am not going to lie. the experience was very stressful but in the end it worked out for the better. at first i received a confirmation email from Brisa saying my test was scheduled for September 17 at 1120am. then two week before i had a the sense to call just to double check. turn out my intuition was right. the Driving Test Center had no test scheduled for me that day. when i reached out to Brisa the told me the same thing as the Test Center. i then took a screen shot of the confirmation email and sent it back to them where i then received an email back stating my new date for the test was in FEB 2021 !! I was Livid. then I spoke to Ben (the owner of Brisa Driving School) ... long story short, Ben promised me he would do his utmost best to get me in asap for a test because of the miscommunication. a few days later i received a call from Ben saying they had a last minute cancellation and managed to get me in for September 17 at 857 am. I was so grateful to him. As for my instructor Maria, she was amazing! very kind and thoughtful. showed me what i was doing wrong and helped me brush up my driving skills so that i could pass my G Test on my first try! during this pandemic we're all going to encounter mistakes and some things being forgotten. EVERYONE has to understand that this is all new and NO ONE has gone through this before. We are all human and mistakes happen, just be sure to accept responsibility for them and try your best to correct it. so before you go and point fingers and slam people try putting yourself in their shoes for once. Everyone is trying their best. Brisa Driving School came through for me. and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Ben and Maria.

Brisa is honestly the best thing my parents signed me up for! I thought at first that I wouldn't need it because I had experience driving but I now think it's necessary for any driver. Learn how to parallel park, 3 point turn and drive with confidence and ease. The instructors are great, Manu for in class is hilarious and very helpful, while Walter for the in car is stern yet wise. My instructor was Manu & despite all the hiccups with winter & COVID, he was thorough & very knowledgeable. His lessons were always client-centered and allowed me to develop confidence on the road at my own pace. He also shared amazing tips and strategies to practice defensive driving and ace my road test. I also had a good experience with Ben who was swift at booking my G2 road test as soon as restrictions were lifted. Overall, there were some hiccups but none that could've been avoided. Great service!

I would like to recommend Brisa driving school without a doubt, I had to wait a bit to get my classes (since they're backed up from the pandemic, very understable) but it was totally worth it! the whole process was very transparent and professional. I was looking for an instructor that made me feel relaxed since I'm very nervous and Mary did that, she was extremely supportive, helped me get more confident on the road, gave me useful tips, etc. She listens and makes sure you get better where u struggle the most, I tried a different school at first but felt like rushed and my learning wasn't a priority, Mary was the person I needed to pass, I'm forever thankful for all she did, I actually thought I was never going to be able to pass the G2 driving test but I did it thanks to her.

Worst experience ever.i was assigned to an instructor named Mari, the lady not only was doing her nails,talking by phone or doing her make up while we were on class .she never corrected or mentioned any of the critical mistakes i was doing for my drive test,which obviously was a fail.i found something cheaper and a better instructor somewhere else and i passed my test after only 2 classes.they even arranged me an early booking 3 weeks before my initial appointment.

My experience with the Brisa was very positive, from the staff to the instructors. Due to timing I had a chance to take lessons with a few of the instructors before my G2 test. His teaching methods are phenomenal, (I’ve had lessons with a different instructor before), and he believed in me more than I did on the day of my test. The in class lessons were decent for the price. My complaint is that I never got my certification which was the point. Been calling since 2018 to make driving appointments never did the business call me back. I had to contact the driver personally myself only for her to cancel twice, and I waited for a call back from her, never got one. Not once did the company call me back about my concerns during the year of 2018. So now I’ve lost my certification because a year has passed. Cheaper prices seem nice till you get the service that comes with it. I regret my business with them cause they wasted my money and time. I’d say there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get good service by Brisas driving school.

My mother referred me to Ben at Brisa Driving School because she has years of experience as an Insurance Broker referring her young driver clients to a driving school she trusts. THAT IS BRISA DRIVING SCHOOL ALL THE WAY. For years she has referred her clients to Ben at Brisa Driving school and it makes sense she signed me up for my G2 then G license with Ben. BEN AND HIS AMAZING STAFF DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I passed my G2 and my G with the help of Ben and his staff and never once did I feel alone in the process, never once did they make me feel incapable. The lessons inclass were exceptional and I see Ben's technique at personal and always entertaining experiences helps immensly with teaching students the inclass stuff. That is NOT an easy task but Ben made it interesting and classes flew by. THANKS BEN! I will never forget you or your staff and my MOM says thanks for helping lower my insurance rates by making me EARN my Driver Training inclass certificate the right way!!!! The instructor who I got, Manu really helped me and took his time to teach me what I needed to learn and prepared me for my road test.
