My in-car instructor, Harry Bagga, was extraordinarily patient and kind. One thing I really appreciated was that I shared with him how left turns made me nervous because of a previous car accident I was in. He helped me practice my turns and how to observe correctly. He was great at sharing with me what the examiners would look for and always gave me great advice with parking. Now I am fully confident in my parking skills. I recently received in-car lessons from G1G2. My instructors name was Deepak and I have to say he did an awesome job. He was very patient with me as I get quite nervous behind the wheel. His patience and knowledge helped me become comfortable and prepared me for the road test. I passed after my first go. He took his time to ensure I was ready and provided me the confidence and reassurance I would do well, and I did. His pep talk right before the test helped keep my calm. Worst experience i've ever had. There is this guy called Deepak, he never response to my message, never picks up the phone. Had to make me take an extra trip to service Ontario because he didnt upload my info to the system. I finished the course during the summer and was told by Deepak that everything is fine... turns out, obviously it wasnt. Never response when you want to have an in car lesson, even my crush didnt O bomb me as many times as he did.

Recently, Kiran Brar was my driving instructor for acquiring both my G2 and G licenses. I was regaining my G2 after I had let it expire after 5 years and Kiran was the best driving instructor I could of asked for. She helped me regain my understanding of the rule of law on the road and did an incredible job of preparing me for both my G2 and G tests in Burlington. After I regained my G2, I immediately went to her to help me gain my G license. Her attention to detail and straight forward teaching style helped me become better and more aware on the road. On top of her great teaching methods, it was never a dull moment with her as my instructor. As a student, I enjoyed her down to earth attitude, combined with her funny and humble personality made it a fun lesson every time I stepped into her vehicle. In a heart beat, I would recommend any parent, student or adult looking for a great driving instructor, but also a great human being to help them be better driver on the road. It doesn't hurt either that she offers a fair and affordable price to her students.

Absolutely horrible customer service at Oakville school. They never return texts, or calls to arrange driving lessons. The first instructor mysteriously disappeared and no one called to let us know he was no longer working. The next instructor booked one lesson and suggested my son take his test even though he had 5 more paid lessons. After a few more lessons he became impossible to reach, would not reply unless constantly texted and in the end did not provide all the lessons because we gave up chasing. Avoid this school!
