Didn't hear from my instructor after 10 days. So called and asked for a refund. They wanted to charge me 50.00 to cancel. Even though their old location in Mississauga closed down, and the instructor was unsafe. Talking on the phone during the lesson. Made me sign a blank evaluation sheet. They will steal your money. What a horrible experience. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bad experience with this school, my wife enrolled for lessons and after the first lesson the instructor would do paper work the whole time, or be busy on his phone watching videos or be taking personal calls and chatting with his friends. Ended after 3 session.

I would give this school 0 stars if Google reviews allowed it! An instructional driving car ran a stop sign in my neighbourhood while I was in the middle of an intersection and missed me by about a foot. Not only did this car not stop, they ran the stop sign at an incredibly unsafe speed during prime walk-to-school hour in the morning. Thankfully the kids walking to school made it to the other side of the road before this car almost took me out!!! I lodged a complaint and the person that I spoke to on the phone was very unconcerned by what happened. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager for a resolution of this incident. I certainly hope the instructor is reprimanded or suspended, as they did not even stop the car and apologize to me after they realized what happened.
