I bought my first brand new Harley there 2 days ago. I have never been treated so good by any dealership or store in my life and I am 54. Kenton went above and beyond to make my deal work. Graham (my salesman) showed me every Harley in the store, and its a very big store. As soon as I walked in I was offered donuts, water, coffee soda etc. Blair who works in the parts department, really knows his stuff and is super friendly. Then I was passed to the ladies who fitted me for a new helmet and jacket. Then, to top it all off, when I left, I received a call from 2 of the staff making sure I got home ok. I lived 2.5 hours away. By the way, they called, and I was in my car. Its not like I was on the bike, which is being delivered next week. Who does this? Amazing people thats who. And to add, I am a vet and they gave me free oil changes for the rest of my life. I recommend this store to anyone.

For context I purchased a 2020 Breakout 114 as well as gear and clothes over the past ~3 weeks. For Sales, Parts and Service the first thing I noticed was the friendly laid back manner by which I was greeted; ready to answer any questions but equally ready to just let me browse. Staff there is very knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they sell and love being around their products. For Gear and clothes the Rugged Rock folks have been great; da bomb.com; ready and willing to jump in and offer help and opinion on products as well as what's coming in stock soon etc. All in all its always a very positive experieince for me there and has me going back continually.

A very good shop: many options and has it all on terms of accessories and choices from bags down to the usual clothing. The staff are helpful and give details about the products which is gives you a good experience with the entire shop. Parking is available within the facility. The road around it is still under construction, so you need to be careful for now.

On the road from Alberta and needed my clutch adjusted. Very accomodating and it was done in less than an hour so that was great. Criticism? If it's my bike and I booked and I'm standing right in front of you, don't ask the man standing next to me questions about my bike. He's NOT paying the bill! Also, was awesome to be able to wash my bike there although most dealers I've run across do it for you free, but still nice to be able to myself. Customer service in apparel was decent but not great. I put a shirt on the counter and said I was still shopping so to please keep it for me. Guess she forgot because when I asked where my shirt was she had to go to the shelf to retrieve it. It was the only one in my size so I know that's what happened.

If you re trying to get new customers who will buy bikes from your store for a lifetime you better up your game because I just bought my grandson an E16 ebike and it might as well have been at Walmart.... absolutely no special treatment for a 4 yr old boy excited for his first Harley in fact it was less than ordinary honestly...no one seemed to care that a new customer was in the store...I guess 1300 wasn't enough to get the 'special' treatment you get when you drop 35 k on a bike 5 yrs ago or 3k on extended warranty like I did last week.Not a token or a t shirt or a certificate or even a woo hoo.....it was pathetic ...Harley is nothin special I guess

We live in N.S and we wont normally deal with Privateers because of past experiences. We ordered a small part because it was easier than going to Moncton. We waited over 2 months, the part came in and we never got a call, I got the worst customer service I have every received when I called looking for the part (for the third time). Parts person Blair argued with me and raised his voice at me and told me I was wrong when I pointed out the fact that I did not get a call as he had promised I would. This is not the first time we have had a run in with Blair. I don't know what ever happened to the policy of "the customer is always right". I have been riding Harley's for over 20 years and my wife rides a Harley too and we have never received such bad customer service. Privateers need to invest in more knowledgeable friendly customer service people.

Great shop, awesome people, highly recommend this place however... they are currently selling a multi tool called “Cycle-on 30 tools in one, by True utility”. This sells for $42.00 at the Harley dealer. I bought the 100% exact same identical one, at the dollar store for $4.00. Same tool, same packaging, 100% identical. This is not ok in my books. I’m not sure what the mark up is on something like this, but... it should not be 1000% more for the bikers than the soccer moms. We are their bread and butter after all.

Went in to spend about $30,000 but staff avoided me by appearing to be very busy fussing with papers or keyboards, while taking occasional peaks to see if I was still there. I was the only customer at the time. Became discouraged after 10 or 15 minutes and left. It seems that BMW also make some very interesting motorcycles.
