I have trained under Sensai Jeff Murphy for many years and his instruction is awesome. His club is a great place to learn self-defense, get some exercise and learn discipline. Young and old you can attend his classes, even offering parent and kids classes is a good way for both parents and kids to learn this amazing art. Sensai Jeff is a great instructor and would encourage anyone to at least give his classes a try. You will not regret it that is one thing I know for sure.

Training with Sensei Jeff has improved my karate skills a lot, I have been training with him for about two years and I can feel the difference. He has a nice teaching style that makes you bring out all the energy you have and keep going throughout the class. Really great instructor, very highly recommended.
