Did 2 classes with F45 Halifax already. Staff/trainers are very nice, encouraging and they would tell you how to do a routine correctly without making you feel bad at all (esp. if you are a beginner). After 2 classes I realized why people go to this gym! It's challenging in a good way, it's showing clear results (testimonials and Before/After on social media) and it's not boring. One thing is I would be very careful if you are pretty new to gyms, workouts and high intensity physical activities. I found their routine enjoyable because I grew up doing taekwondo, track & field, hip hop dance etc. If you are super new to doing workouts you probably should make baby steps first or at least talk to F45 first... Plus don't eat anything 1-2 hour prior to your class and bring plenty of water!

Love the Halifax location and the trainers! Meg, James, Vahide, Alex, Mel and Dominic always make me feel welcome and their energy is great! Dave, the owner and his wife are really sweet and have remembered my name since the first day I walked in. The workouts are AMAZING! You’ll never do the same workout twice and the best part... you literally leave sweaty AF every single time! Expect to burn a tonne of calories, listen to hot playlists and socialize with some pretty awesome community members!!

The classes and trainers here are excellent! You'll always get a great workout in here and there's always someone to work with you to help push you along. I highly recommend to anyone to come in and try a class or 2 and see if it's for you!

I’ve done them all; can usually expect the same old thing when I go to a gym And try their free classes. After one class at F45, I signed up and even did their challenge. Nothing but amazing results and feel so much stronger and agyle and my back pain is so much better!!
