A great gym with a fantastic instructor. Rad, the teacher, strikes the right balance of encouraging and strict, motivating his students to constantly push themselves. I hope to continue going and develop as a fighter.

I absolutely love this place and I wouldn't have been able to get through the last couple years of my degree without it. I'm not the most outgoing person and I usually get anxious in public places but everyone is so welcoming here I instantly felt comfortable. It became my second home and Susan and Rad are both wonderful people. I can't recommend this place enough.

I've been training GJJ and Muay Thai at 374, and I've enjoyed both immensely. That said, 10 minutes into my first Muay Thai class, I didn't think I was going to make it. The pace is intense, and you are expected to give everything that you've got. The head instructor, Rad, is an excellent motivator. He has a way of making you believe that you are capable of going well beyond your own preconceived/self-imposed limits. I have also been impressed by the friendly atmosphere at the club. I've met a lot of great people, and everyone is eager to help you succeed. I highly recommend 374 MMA to anyone who is interested in getting into better shape or learning a martial art. You won't regret your decision to give it a shot!

Love the work outs in kickboxing. I did not realise I can do a 2 minute plank. Also, love the anti bullying class for kids. It is worth every penny.

Amazing place to train and learn martial arts and self defence. Currently taking classes in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. The head coach Rad and the veterans members are fantastic, they're always available to assist you whenever you need help on a technique. Family friendly and ego free environment. Highly recommended!

This is the worst place to learn muay thai, particularly for beginners. They teach muay thai without proper instructions, as well as without any protective gear. The punches and kicks are practiced directly on the body and as a result today my left arm is swollen arm and pain in my ribs! My ribs are hurting the most. I wish the instructor had told me beforehand how to protect myself and the position of my arms and legs during attack. I did not know as these were all new techniques to me. The instructor is not at all patient and very rude with new students or someone who did lessons just for a short while like me! All the levels were in one single class, with the experienced ones and the inexperienced ones together. In these situations, it is possible that the experienced ones might be a bit hard on the inexperienced ones, resulting in injury. I used to go for muay thai level 1 classes in Toronto, where they teach each and every technique in detail and would show the moves again and again, just so that we get the techniques right and the moves do mot result in injury. Also, we practiced the punches and the kicks on the pads and the instructors also taught us the correct way to hold the pads and protect ourselves in the right position. Not the kind of classes that I would go to where there are high chances of breaking my arm, ribs and legs!!!

This is an AMAZING gym, with INCREDIBLE trainers. If you are looking for a gym, I highly recommend 374 MMA for both children and adults. If you're not sure where to start, give them a call and speak to RAD, he's the best!

I have been training at 374 MMA since February 2018. I am a Veteran with PTSD and find it very difficult to do classes in a group setting. I have been training in private classes and just recently I have started group classes In the morning. It is a huge accomplishment for me. I could not have done it without the patience and understanding of the Head Coach and owner Rad. I love the gym so much I decided to enroll my 2 daughters age 5 and 11 in Jui Jitsu to share the experience of training with a exceptional coach. I trust in Rad that he would not put my daughters in any harm whatsoever and build them up to have the tools to defend themselves if needed. Both myself and my 11 year old daughter are competing in Jui Jitsu in February. 374 MMA is the best place to learn the skills needed to be a better person inside and out.

Such a great atmosphere in this place! No wonder I've been seeing so many new faces! When it comes to martial arts and fitness no gym comes close. I've been enjoying the Muay Thai/ kickboxing for a year and a half now. My son and niece have been in the kids Gracie ju jitsu program since they were 3 and the positive changes in attitude and behaviour we've been seeing is unreal. Every week they both look forward to going to class, seeing their friends but most of all coach rad. He takes the time to make sure each and every person has the attention they need to do their best!
