Choosing Vanco Driving School is the best decision I have ever made. Before driving school, I frequently practiced with my parents, however, I struggled a lot. After several lessons with Jamshid, I noticed I had improved so much. Jamshid was always very polite and very patient if I ever made a mistake. I tend to get nervous when I am at the wheel but with Jamshid by my side, I felt very comfortable at the wheel and he would properly guide me through any troubles I had. Jamshid is a wanderful expert. I recently moved to Vancouver from Iran with 17 years of driving experience and applied for the class 5 in north vancouver. I took 2 sessions about 2 hours and a half in total and passed my road test in the first sitting 3 days ago. "I am still thrilled"????. He kindly teaches you according to your specific needs without wasting time even for a second. Jamshid helped restore his confidence, drove him around North Van so he was comfortable with the roadways and pointed out the pit falls such as hidden stop signs and where to look for them. I had the pleasure of having Jamshid as my driving school teacher for a lesson. I came to Canada from Europe and in order to get my Class 5 class, I needed to get the basics of driving updated, as there are changes to how you drive here compared to Europe. Jamshid was on time, had a professional approach to driving safely, but also great tips for how to read the traffic. Even though, I have been driving for 12 years almost daily, Jamshid was a good help. I can only highly recommend using him for any driving lessons or if you just want to refresh how to drive safely again. I am sure everyone can agree that some drivers out there could need it.

I got several classes with him and he not only prepared me for the exam, but also pointed to important aspects of safe driving overall. He is always honest (will tell if you were good or not) and can suggest to stop the class even earlier if thinks you are good and we checked everything so there is no sense to practice more. My husband and I are new to Canada so we needed to do the road test in order to get Class 5 Licenses to replace the ones we moved with to Canada. I found Jamshid online and contacted him to help us... and help us he did! After just 2 lessons for my husband and 3 for myself, he told us that we were ready. This suprised us a lot because we were not confident and thought we should take more lessons. However, he just encouraged us to practice on our own because he had taught us all we needed to pass the test. This surprised me because most other people wouldn't refuse the extra money if you were willing to pay it. Anyway we took his advice and practiced and both passed our tests on the first try... less than a month after we started with Jamshid. He is really good. You will not regret your decision to work with him...I don't :-)

I’ve had many driving instructors over the years and Jamshid is hands down the best of all. I had always been a nervous driver and was 7 months pregnant when I took lessons with Jamshid, you could imagine just how extra nervous I’d be. I can’t quite articulate how he did differently but in just 4 or 5 lessons, I was able to drive fairly confidently (mind you I’ve actually had my license for a decade and never felt comfortable driving). Sounds like a bit of an exaggeration but Jamshid “changed my life”(in the mobility front at least;). I’m now comfortably driving my little one around and couldn’t imagine a life with a baby and not able to drive. Sometimes when I drive I still think about Jamshid and how lucky I was to have found him as my instructor.

He's a polite and punctual man. He teaches very well and has enough information about driving test He doesn't make you take many classes if you don't need At the end he test you to make sure you've learned everything he taught properly.

My son had 3 lessons booked with Jamshid prior to his driving test. The lessons were very easy to set up and Jamshid was good at sending reminders and pick up locations. The lessons were very directed at what my son needed which was some practice in the North Vancouver area where the tests take place. He even did a mock test on his last lesson. Jamshid was very thorough and went through every aspect of the test. He also gave us feedback on his progress, advising us on what our son needed to be ready for the test. I'm happy to say that my son passed his test today.

I just passed my road test successfully. I have had a phobia to drive a car. At the suggestion of my husband that had a good experience to get driving lessons with Jamshid, one of the best driving instructors, I have taken his practical driving lessons. He feels he is responsible for his students. He reviewed all the lessons and paths with me just one hour prior my road test begins. Due to his excellent professionalism and outstanding personality, I am glad to have a class 5 driving license that could not happen if I was taking my classes with someone else. I recommend Jamshid to all beginner drivers! He taught me how to drive the week I got my L and set me up for success in my driving moving forward. A year later it was time to take my road test so I took a few lessons with him and he gave me some key tips and tricks to pass and familiarized me with the routes. I passed today on my first try! He is super knowledgeable and very patient and I recommend him to my friends and family!

I had a great experience with Mr. Jamshid. I took a number of classes with him for my Novice test back in 2015, and passed with my first attempt. I also just passed my class 5 test recently as well, and it is because Mr. Jamshid provided me with stress-free and detailed lessons. He was very patient and gave excellent lessons that are important to pass an ICBC driving test. He also took me to every 30 km zone that one might encounter during an ICBC test. He also taught me about unexpected situations that one might encounter during their test, and what to do and not to do if the situation came up. Overall, I strongly recommend Mr. Jamshid.

My parents weren’t driving experts and although they were able to teach me the main things about driving, just a few weeks before my exam, I was feeling kind of unprepared and felt like I needed one last push from someone that knew what they were doing. Immediately as I asked around with friends and family for a place where I could get driving lessons, I heard about Jamshid many times! All of my friends that had him for lessons all passed their tests of the first try. So from the moment I got in contact with Jamshid, to the lovely message I got form him asking how my test had gone and congratulating me, my experience was fantastic! He was kind, patient, quick to answer calls and messages and was able to point out exactly what skills I was lacking and needed to work on, and had all at a great price! After just 2 driving lessons with Jamshid I was feeling SO much more confident and knowledgeable about my driving skills and I passed my N test on the first try without issues. Jamshid is an excellent driving instructor. When I first got my L last year he helped me understand all road procedures and taught me what to do in every scenario that I would encounter. For the past month I had a total of 3 lessons with him and he took me to the exact same routes that the people who take you on your road test take you to. I had a mock test with Jamshid and it was very similar to the test I took for my N yesterday. I successfully passed my road test yesterday and it's all thanks to Jamshid.
