I had failed my road test twice before I was referred by a friend. I passed on my third attempt only because of my teacher Shahed. He taught me valuable skills to improve on my weaknesses: changing lanes was a challenge for me but the way that Shahed explained it to me made it very easy. I also had trouble with parallel parking but Shahed showed me how to park successfully two different ways. Thank you Shahed for teaching me how to drive safely and to master my driving skills. I will be coming back for my G.

I called and the guy on the phone was so rude to me and was giving me attitude. I haven’t driven in almost 2 years and I’m a full G driver and was just asking questions of how I could start the refresher course to help me get more confident behind the wheel. I’ve been in a few accidents that has scared me from driving, and I want to learn how I can possibly be a more confident, better driver. The guy on the phone rudely asked me “um is it to lower your Insurance?” To which I answered “No, I just haven’t driven in a few years, I do have my G and haven’t taken a course at all and would like to” and he then asked me “Well, how did you get your license without a course then?” You don’t need to take a course to get your license at all. It seemed like he was talking down to me because I haven’t taken any courses. He then basically told me it was pointless for me to even do the course if I’m a full G driver. The customer service wasn’t great, I won’t be coming here

I was certified early and then had my last hour that I needed to complete withheld from me for over a month after achieving my G2. I was also retaught by my mother 2 weeks before my test when she realized I didn't know how to drive a car that wasn't a Toyota Corolla. Besides that he was very punctual.

I still can’t believe how much did I learn in the classroom and on the road. Thank you Shahid for your patience and encouragement. The classroom session was long but it was important to sit through to get a better insurance rate. Setting up lessons initially was a challenge. For the instructor to get to know the student and adapt accordingly takes a few lessons. While the initial request was to change instructors (the request was not responded to) in hindsight it was for the best.

All the credit goes to hard work and fine driving skills taught by him. His pricing was not exceptionally out of place either.

Our 16-year-old son took the beginers' training course. His instructor, Keith, was very helpful, and helped our son to be a more confident and proficient driver. Keith was always on time, never once late for the appointments. He was extremely accommodating about his appointment date/time, even though he was very busy with other students. I asked him to teach our son some specific things a few times, and he made sure that he's got it. Overall, we are very satisfied!
