DRIVING RANGE: Awesome driving range, great service and kind employees. It's in a good spot and it's extremely affordable. I haven't played the course so I can't comment on that, unfortunately. Edit: Brock Golf Course replied and mentioned that some of the pot holes were filled so that's a huge bonus!! Can't wait for next season.

Had a great time playing 9 holes with my bro and friend! Haven't played in the better part of a decade but golfers behind us were patient and nice, good challenge for beginners ! Edit: I've come every week now for over a month and have had a great time with everything. Cheers to the friendly staff at Brock as well !!

The entire course was like cement. The one tee box doesnt even have any grass to be found, just dirt. For $35 to play 18... I wish I had only done 9 holes, let alone try and play here at all. I was expecting much more, very disappointing. Only plus side was when the cart girl came around.

Great place to golf and be a member. Staff are always friendly. Really great facility for practicing on the range or the course. $99 dollar extra for range membership when you buy regular membership which is also well priced. Its not long but definately helps with your short game and there always improving the course. Also fantastic spot to play 18 quickly after work which is a benefit for me! Thanks Brock!

Andrew, I will never go to Brock Golf Course again. However, I have already purchased a golf membership since May 1st. And I only used the membership for about 40 days. If you shouldn't refund my membership. I will proceed according to Canadian law and in order to actively inform other members of my unfair situation. Should I not prevent other members from requesting a refund of their golf membership by recognizing that membership is non-refundable? This is even more beneficial for the Brock Golf Course. Also, I have asked for a membership refund dozens of times, but you threaten me like this only once. I am appealing my rightful rights. Jong Aug 27, 2021. bbbbbb

Very excited to spend our summer/fall at Brock Golf Course. Espen thank you for the patience during Covid and being a great role model for people trying the sport.

I used to play this course frequently when I was younger and just starting to golf. My father and I even bought package deals 3 summers in a row. After visiting this year as a warm up round with a friend, I think it will be safe to say I will not be returning. The course condition has decreased immensely from what I remember, and at times it was hard to find my ball, even in the fairway due to the poorly cut grass. Also, customer service needs improvement. I decided to pay for 18 holes without a cart since I am a financially struggling University student. After my friend purchased a cart for the day, it broke down on the second hole. Since we needed to head back to the club house anyways, I pushed the broken cart all the way back. My friend was denied a refund after requesting a walking cart instead and I was not even granted a thank you for returning the broken cart. I was charged shortly after for riding in my friends new cart for a few holes after my physically demanding experience pushing the cart. Overall hard tee boxes, poorly cut grass, low trees on cart paths, inaccurate tee-hole distances, and especially bad customer service. I feel like this course cares more about money than they do the experience of their golfers. For the money you are spending you could go somewhere better maintained with an overall better experience.

This place is the best, what a gem in Niagara...never made us feel unwelcome for being beginners and for the price, my expectations were highly exceeded! Fun course and we'll be back as soon as possible. Even the mini putt is a great time, and very well kept! ????

Decent course for beginners, which I am. However one staff member, a blonde woman, talked down to my golfing partners and I. Made a comment about how long it took us to complete 9 holes, it took us under 2 hours which I think is alright for 4 beginners. We had paid for 18 holes but by the 10th it had started to rain, thunder and lightening so obviously we decided to call it a day. When we went in to get a rain check she made another comment about how we are fair weather golfers and it was hardly raining. We probably would have kept going but for obvious reasons the thunder and lightening made us change our minds. I thought we were going to a friendly beginner course and I was very disappointed.

Small but enjoyable course. Very short par 3s and par 4s but it is nice to be able to do 9 holes in just over an hour. Decent fairways, water features and sand traps. Some of the greens need some repairs. Good service and affordable green fees.

Great course! First nine are great for practicing with irons and the back nine are great for driving. Course is clean but the greens need some work. They are a little rough at the moment. They have a roaming drink cart which is nice although I only seen it once in a 3 hour period. Overall a very nice course and great for beginners

Golfed today, May 19, 2016. Beautiful day. Course was as it has been for years...farm patch with OK greens. New owners can do so much for so little effort and cost to improve this course. The fairways are not irrigated but understandable it will never happen, this is an economy golf course. A few 2 or 3 foot patches of just sand on the greens could be and should be easily fixed with seed and water. The grass cutting needs to be done more frequently so dead grass isn't laying all over around the greens and bunkers. Lastly the bunkers should be topped up with new, good sand, weeds all removed, and all traps raked daily. This would make a big improvement. Decent course to practice your irons cheaply (for twilight at least...regular $24.00 walking is a little expensive for this course and condition). Sean Lehane

This is the second year that I've been a member at Brock. Prior to that, I golfed at Brock regularly for several years, as well as being in the Ladies' League on Tuesdays. Since the new owners took charge two years ago, there have been many improvements made, all of which have been appreciated by those of us who frequent the course on a regular basis. If you're not a regular golfer at Brock, you may not notice the positive changes that have taken place, including the general cleanliness of the grounds, removal of dead trees and shrubs, the clubhouse (including air conditioning), the restaurant facility, the driving range, the friendliness of the management and staff, to name a few. For those of us who are regulars, we definitely appreciate the efforts made on our behalf to make our golfing experience at Brock enjoyable. It is a fun place to golf at reasonable prices in a friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend it as an excellent course to practice all of your golfing shots as the 18 holes provides opportunity to gain skills in long shots, chip shots and putting. Give it a try--it's worth the drive to Thorold!!

Upon arriving at the course the owner at the front desk was rude when we paid and consistently bordering accused our group of slowing game play never playing this course before. The golf carts were on the verge of breaking down. The fairways were decent but the greens were poor and full of ball marks and the garbage cans were full and over flowing. This course was not worth the green fee!!!

I came to play golf with my friend and on the website they asked if I wanted to rent a set of clubs and when we arrived they told us they do not have rentals. how does that make any sense I understand due to COVID clubs can’t be rented but say something on the website.

Me and my fiancé visited the driving range and were having a great time as we are new to the game trying to learn, until we overheard one of the employees ridiculing and making fun of our lack of skills to another employee. Completely unprofessional and rude. This sport is already known as being pretentious and it was quite upsetting being made out to feel small by employees that you would think would want to teach and grow the game. 100% will not be back.

Came here with my son for a round this afternoon. Course was in great condition, staff was very friendly, prices were good. Stopped into the restaurant afterwards and was surprised to see how great of a condition it is compared to years before. Food was delicious. New owners are doing a great job.
