This school gave me the only fair price (among several schools I contacted) for an hour practice leading up to the driving test and a test vehicle with an instructor. The entire process is coordinated by Francene who is very attentive, communicative and organized. Alves is always aware of you, is a positive and courteous gentleman. I was fortunate to be coached for an hour prior to the exam by instructor Mark. If you are an experienced driver, other instructors who insist on changing your driving habits end up confusing you and creating insecurity. On the contrary, Mark simply adjusts your driving to the requirements of the exam and makes you feel calm and confident. His tips and guidelines were very precise and crucial for me to pass. After trying unsuccessfully a couple of instructors, my experience with Alves could not have been better; only two hours after attending his school I already had my Driver's License.

The in-class instructor was odd and unprofessional. I wasn't able to finish my courses due to scheduling and attempted many times to reach out to make them up. NO RESPONSES. I've called and they've hung up on my face and ignore emails. It's a lot of money for driving courses, so this behaviour is essentially just gouging the customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

(Translated) I had four driving lessons, 3 with Alves and one with Norm, both answered my questions promptly and corrected me for the mistakes I was having when driving. With the corrections made I managed to pass the exam for portfolio G. I could not have passed without these corrections. Both Alves and Norm are very calm and experienced. I have 22 years of experience in driving in Brazil, but here the rules are very different and there are a lot of details that anyone would disapprove of. Great School! Excellent experience. The staff was very helpful. They explained me all I had to do to succeed. Helped me with all the paperwork and when I needed road lessons, Alves was a very competent and correct instructor. Worst school. Alves didn’t pay attention during the driving class, most of the times he was on his phone scheduling other students’ tests and driving classes, was rude and kept saying I would fail, which was even more nerve wrecking. After one class, I decided to do the G test outside of Toronto and passed. My recommendation: don’t do it with Alves.
