Driving class should be 1 hour but only 40-45 mins only and my instructor Hussain always re schedule our in car lessons. Disappointed to this guy!

Driver instructor should be professional at all times. I had two teachers from them both were always on the phone. You only get 40 minutes of actual lesson there is a 15 min break. But you pay them by the hour. And if the teacher is on the phone always you will need more hours. I just hope the ministry would screen instructors. And look into their qualifications. They waste your time so you will need more hours. Dissappoointef.i waste more than 400 dollars.

I came to All Nations after having a bad experience with a private instructor and honestly, Hussain has been the best. He's very calm and doesn't shout, he understands what you need to work on and how you operate as a person. He's very patient and encourages people often. Great driving school! My teacher was Umar, and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with, especially during the pandemic where test centres were backed up. He always made up for any days it was difficult to drive. Would highly recommend trying this one out, they were easy to reach out to compared to others, and my on the road lessons were very thorough. Edit: I just got my G with Umar, can't recommend this place enough! He was still just as easy to book lessons with, and he's not a controlling teacher when you're on the road :)

Zero communication, my boyfriend paid $500+ dollars via e-transfer, did all the online thing alone, without any help coming from school but when the time of in-car driving? Hell happen all the time, instructor won't answer phone calls, messages and would ditch him all the time. He has only hour remaining but no drive test has been booked yet, it's been two weeks since the instructor has no response, he call him everyday and text him. Is it possible to change the instructor?

You get what you pay for! The classrooms are cramped and the instructors are mostly off topic. The four days (weekends) that I attended the class were all terrible in their own ways- the lessons were long, boring and full of useless personal information about the instructors and their lives, there were debates that served solely to fill up time and agitate the students, the presentations were also pointless, EVERY single day there were multiple tests that had repeat information, typos and were grammatically abominable. Also, the tests are handed out in folders and there are never enough to go around. Additionally, you have ridiculous homework that is collected ONLY in person, despite the website having an option to submit online. Don't be fooled by the professional looking website as I was, take a look at the office, the classrooms and the instructors and you will understand what $380 is really buying you. I attended both the Albion and West Mall locations. Oh and theres a final exam! To top everything off, the driving instructors are rude and unprofessional, they take a long time to schedule your driving lessons, take money from you to book your driving test saying that they somehow get better times?! This is BS, please schedule your own test at your own convenience, you aren't getting a special slot or time. Oh and that driving certificate that gets you a discount? That takes FOREVER to get. The certification department is just one person even though when you call they make it seem like there are several people working there like a call center, it is NOT. She is also rude and extremely incompetent at her job. Not sure how difficult it must be to get all the information together and submit it to the ministry but I have completed the course and passed the driving test and am still waiting for a month now to get this certificate so I can get a discount on my insurance. I have called multiple times and am always told that my certification is being processed and they will email it to me. I am not sure what will be emailed to me, hopefully a confirmation that I have completed everything, but that isn't even what you need for the insurance company! You have to go to a provincial government office and ask for a driving history record, pay a nominal fee and they look it up on the computer and print it out for you. THAT is what the insurance company accepts. Or you can do the process online and wait 10+ business days to have that information mailed to you. This is a huge waste of time and I do not recommend this driving school or program to anyone. Terrible service but if you are looking to put a lot into something and get barely anything out of it then this is the perfect exercise in futility for you.

Very bad experience. Don't be fooled by the advertisement. The cheapest package is 400. The in-class course is okay. At the end of the in-class course, I was supposed to get my MTO certificate, but no one contacted afterwards and no certificate either. I also needed to schedule my on-road class too! I tried to call them during the daytime of weekday, but no one answered. Then I texted them twice, telling them I needed the class ASAP, then they finally gave me a instructor's number. I have only taken 2 on-road classes, but the coach, Hussain, canceled 3 times. And he was late for 30 minutes in the second class without noticing me. Each class should be one hour, but they only lasted for 40 minutes. He is not responsible for his job, not at all! I called them to change my coach. A lady answered and said 2 days later someone will take charge of it and call me back. It turned out that they didn't do anything. No calls. Don't get ripped of by this place guys!!

I didn't realize this until I failed my test, but I find it important that an instructor should teach students to be a good overall driver, not to just pass the test. My instructor was very professional and patient, however rarely spent the full hour with me and only took me on the same route every time I had a class. I had my G test coming up, but he rarely took me on the highway, which I find is very important for drivers living in Toronto. Took my test in Orangeville, which I thought was strange considering I live in Toronto, but I didn't think much into until now. I don't drive often, so I just wanted to get some practice behind the wheel to be more confident. After a couple classes, I'd say the teacher did a good job improving my skills on local roads, but I still have zero experience on the highway. Also, a strong lack of communication and organization sometimes, but overall an alright place if you just want to fine tune your skills.

Sunday in class sessions were great, but on the road which is the most important was the worst ever. Instructor was Hussan Malik never show up on time or no show. They take the money up front for 10 one hour lessons package but its like 35min about 8 lessons.Test day he said he is coming 7am in the morning came at 8.05 am after waiting for an hour. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. This place is not for fresh young beginners. very disappointed.

The in class part was pretty basic nothing really interesting about it the worst part was my actual driving instructor incredibly annoying I finished the actual program a few months ago had a month had passed by and no certificate turns out you have to remind your instructor regularly that u finished and he needs to tell the certificate office how the hell is that something u don't do if that's your JOB and I even took a extra lesson so at what point does it not register to you that u need to get this persons certified. Then you got to deal with the lady at their certificate office who's total incompetent and rude not answering questions repeatedly putting u on hold then just repeating the same things she just said. To anyone going through this make sure ur instructor tells them that you finished the program then call the certificate office the next day to confirm it doesn't take long to certify someone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless u already know how to drive and your just looking to get your insurance discount

Just received my G2. Had Umar as my instructor and he was very knowledgeable about where I needed to improve and succeed. He not only taught me about driving rules that are often overlooked, but how to become a better/safe driver. Frequently gave me helpful tips as well and was always on time (if not, he'd call ahead of time to let me know). Very grateful to have him as an instructor overall. Prices are comparable to other schools and instructors. They also worked around my schedule and were very responsive when corresponding.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL! The in class lessons are less than the required 20 hours. Instructor always came late and we always left more than half an hour early. They make you sign a paper saying you did the required hours even though you don’t. As for in car lessons they say they’ll call you for them but took way too long- over 3 weeks to book it and they gave me an instructor who is changing the booked lessons last minute for the past 3 sessions. Unprofessional.

My experience was incredible! Excellent service and extremely punctual. I passed my G on the first try. 2 weeks prior to my test, I didn't know much since I barely drove. My instructor, Umar, did a great job teaching me and transitioning me from being a beginner non-experienced driver to becoming an expert driver!! :) Definitely recommend this place!

1 star because of false advertisement - package online shows $299 for 10 lessons, 20 hours in class and 10 hour homework but when called - the processing fee is $200 unbelievable,, suddenly the 299 package is 499 because they have to process the classroom and provide certificate.
