I just got off the phone with their front desk and I am feeling like my entire weekend is ruined. I had an appointment at 6:15 PM and I waited for about 30 minutes for their calls. No calls or texts. After waiting almost half an hour when I gave them a call, the front desk guy appeared to be utterly disgraceful to me. He noted my number wrong and gave the wrong number to the instructor. No wonder I didn’t receive any call. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he was being absolutely rude and he was practically swearing at me. He eventually hung up by saying try somewhere else. I would recommend the authorities to hire someone who understands what customer service is.

My daughter took this full course. It cost less than the course offered in the KV, she learned a lot, gained loads of confidence, and passed her road test in Hampton yesterday on her 1st try! Thanks Dwight!

No time sense of the instructors. The receptionist is not so pleasant to talk to. Very poor service! Stay away from them!

Highly recommend A-1. Very thorough and professional. My daughter passed her road test on the first try...she was well prepared in class training with Dwight and road skills with Cliff.
