Gary is incredibly knowledgeable and loves the animals and his people customers as well. His training is second to none. He is incredibly sweet and willing to help out with any situation. We call them "uncle Gary and aunty Shelley". So thankful we met them and found their store.

Friendly groomers, no need for an appointment to get nails trimmed. Very busy place as you have to book well in advance for grooming. Gary is a good guy, with quality service with a smile. Knowledgable, good trainer decent selection of food, only carries good food and the process can't be beat. It's actually worth my while to drive to moose jaw from Regina to get grooming and dog food as opposed to just buying it in Regina. Long time business in moose jaw privacy been open for close to 25 years! Oh God! it can't be that long can it.

Have taken our old English Sheepdog there 3 times. First time was good. Second times always hold still at least have the balls to mention it to the owners. Never had this issue I. Edmonton. they clipped a mole on her head. Never said anything. 3rd time there is a large razor burn on her back end. Again. They never said anything. I know dogs do

We took our dog in to get her nails clipped. It was a terrible experience From start to finish. We told the woman our dog was afraid of the clipping (she is a gorgeous-natured, gentle 4 month old puppy who has been to obedience classes and works with a trainer). The woman tried to clip her nails in the middle of the busy store with animals and people and the noises of dogs fighting behind the counter. She instructed us to “hold down” our puppy and then tried to clip her nails. Our puppy was whining and yelping but she kept going, insisting we hold her firmer. After several minutes of yelping (and licking) and whining our puppy nipped at her hand that held the clippers. There was a tiny scratch on her hand and she said we needed to get this under control. We asked her to stop and she charged us the whole price for clipping part of one foot. She was rough with the dog and short with us and I would never recommend this to anyone.

The staff are all ectreamley helpful and are focused on your needs and the needs of your pet. They kennel and groom dogs here. They carry a large selections of dry dog food, toys, treats, and clothing. Yhey also have some cat food and toys.
