Their closed door had a phone number that we had to call so someone could come and join us. Until then, we're still like, "okay ... let's not be fooled by appearances ... maybe she's fine ... let's give her a chance ..." BUT came the very definition of CONDESCENDENCE: a woman who didn't know her stuff, who barely answered our questions and on top of that with incredible arrogance. She said she only took care of the practical driving lessons and I imagined my first times behind the wheel of a car (already quite stressful situation) with HER as an instructor ?! HELL NO! She was so rude, disrespectful and haughty ... I then politely asked her if she could give me and my friend 5 minutes to discuss it before finalizing the registration. She got angry and started telling us (several times) that she moved while she was in class with a student that she left to come see us and that she had therefore lost an hour of class because of us (something that apparently we were supposed to guess). Then the question arises: where has she dumped her student all this time ?! Do you really want this as a driving instructor? We finally left to look elsewhere and it is just a 5 min walk from there, there is ANOTHER driving SCHOOL (Laconcorde) where we were wonderfully welcomed by a charming receptionist who took the time of everything for us. explain and answer our questions without any pressure. So don't waste your time! I DO NOT RECOMMEND La Confiance driving school! (Original) Service à la clientèle MÉDIOCRE!!! S'il était possible de donner 0 étoile, c'est ce qu'ils auraient pour ma part. J'y suis allée avec une amie et nous étions pas mal convaincues que nous allions nous inscrire à cette école parce qu'elle semblait bien d'après son site Web et les commentaires sur Google. ERREUR! Tout d'abord, l'école a une allure miteuse. Sur leur porte fermée était indiqué un numéro de téléphone que nous devions appeler pour que quelqu'un vienne nous rejoindre. Jusque-là, nous nous disons encore : "okay... ne nous fions pas aux apparences... peut-être qu'elle est bien... laissons-lui une chance..." MAIS est arrivée la définition même de la CONDESCENDANCE : une femme qui ne connaissait pas ses affaires, qui à peine répondait à nos questions et en plus avec une arrogance incroyable. Elle disait ne s'occuper que des cours de conduite pratique et j'imaginais mes premières fois au volant d'une voiture (situation déjà assez stressante) avec ELLE comme instructrice?! HELL NO! Elle était tellement désagréable, irrespectueuse et hautaine... Je lui ai alors demandé poliment si elle pouvait nous laisser 5 min à mon amie et moi pour que nous en discutions avant de finaliser l'inscription. Elle s'est fâchée et s'est mise à nous dire (à plusieurs reprises) qu'elle s'est déplacée alors qu'elle était en plein cours avec un élève qu'elle a laissé pour venir nous voir et qu'elle avait donc perdu une heure de cours à cause de nous (chose qu'apparemment, nous étions supposées deviner). Ensuite, la question se pose : où est-ce qu'elle a largué son élève tout ce temps?! Voulez-vous vraiment de ça comme moniteur/trice de conduite? Nous sommes finalement parties voir ailleurs et il se trouve qu'à seulement 5 min à pied de là, il y a UNE AUTRE ÉCOLE de conduite (Laconcorde) où nous avons été merveilleusement accueillies par une charmante réceptionniste qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et de répondre à nos questions sans aucune pression. Alors ne perdez pas votre temps! JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS l'école de conduite La Confiance!

I had 2 sessions to practice the exam route with 2 different instructors at Confiance... Both instructors were VERY kind, calm, professional, and showed GREAT communication...
