This is for the people going for the class 1 truck driving licence. The most important part of driving a truck it is rearing and parking at the dock, for else, anyone can drive straight on high way on summer time. parking at the dock takes practice. Unfortunately, many of these small schools won't tell you that they don't have a rented parking so that you can practice, and more specifically, this school doesn't have. They have an agreement with a company, that allows them to practice there, but of course you'll have to give priority to any traffic inside that parking...that priority translates on your time gone, that time that you pay so expensive. More: since it is not a rented parking, the school would not want to "abuse" the service" so the students of this school will not spend much time to park the truck. one more thing: in my case, the poor instructor had some psychological breakdowns, he would scream like literally a madman, for absolutely nothing at all. One more detail that it is very important: the gearbox of the truck can be adjusted to go in easily. I have passed the exam, because the SAAQ examiner realized that the gearbox wasn't properly setup and knew that it is not my fault but the schools, but it is embarrassing and you might find an examiner that won't know or won't be kind. The experience I had with CFRM was not at all satisfactory.They ruined my valuable time and the cost I spend just wasted. Due to frequent change of truck and trainer's on daily basis we can never reach to the level of perfection. Despite my complaint they were adamant to continue with different trucks and different trainer's.Not only this they also fuel the tank during my paid hours of practice. On the top of that on the day of my exam one more surprise was awaiting.the truck that was assigned to me for exam had leakage on air brakes and then they replaced with another truck at the eleventh hour that almost shattered my confidence..During exam inspection both air brake needless were not parallel due to which i almost failed inspection. Then I request examiner that it's not my fault but malfunctioning. Therefore I would not recommend anyone to throw away their hard earned money.
