Worst experience ever. What a waste of money. Material must have been obtained from google and not an accredited school. Worst part is, they are still running the legal administrative assistant diploma program when no one can get jobs as legal assistants. Placements just aren't available, due to the reputation of the school. ALSO the facilitators conveniently lose important documents such as practicum evaluations that may be beneficial to students if they are to include them in an interview or when applying for a job. Also assignments are inputted late into the computer system, so when you have finished all your ILS courses, and are waiting for a practicum for 6 weeks, the computers show that you have only been waiting two weeks, because they didn't input your last assignment marked as complete into the computer system until a month after you completed it and handed it in. When you inquire about getting a copy to prove the date discrepancy, conveniently they lost the hard copy just as they misplaced your practicum evaluation. What a joke this school is. One of the most frustrating parts of this school, aside from what I already wrote, is that there is no management. The facilitators always have the same answers if something is glitching or not as it is supposed to be on the computers. They tell you to try another computer, or tell you sometimes it just does that and you should just move on to the next module. Verbatim. Computers are not updated, anyone can steal or copy your work. Email accounts disappear when you have put them on every single resume you handed out... what a joke. Do not waste your money. Let the government waste it's money through the welfare system.

I have been attending this school for just a short time, and I have enjoyed the experience so far with the staff and students here on campus. With the friendly staff and diverse community of students it will no doubt provide a rewarding experience over the next year . Although there is one main issue that this campus could resolve for students, there is plenty of studies that show appropriate posture is key for those sitting at a desk. Well the desks here for students are far to low . And could use a spike in height to provide a more comfortable environment for students when sitting for long periods.

When attending academy if learning i didnt know what i wantes or where i wanted to be. I decided to talk to the staff at the school and they encouraged me to give it a shot. So i did. And now i am on my second course. I highly recommend going here. You can work at your own pace. Ask for help when needed and there are many more perks. I was always so nervous about going back to school for fear of failure and the unknown, but after attending the CSAW program here on the Medicine Hat campus I have grown in more ways than one, very thankful to the amazing staff who also try to make it a fun environment rather than just a boring school.

From the recognition of your individual needs, an alert readiness to help, and the persistent encouragement from our facilitators, I am able to put my trust into Academy of Learning. Their system is non-intimidating yet thorough. It is truly structured around your success. With a bright prospect of graduation, I can say that on the path forward I was hitchhiking. I've now built a car! we can call it a 2019 model.

Academy of Learning Medicine Hat is by far the best post secondary education I have ever received. I left another college feeling like I had not accomplished anything really in the time I had spent there but from the minute I stepped foot into the AOL, I was greeted by staff and instructors who truly did not want to see me fail or feel discouraged. I highly recommend the Academy of Learning Medicine Hat campus to those looking to further their post secondary education and earn a college diploma.

The academy of learning is fanominal!! I couldn't have picked a better college. The staff and people of Academy of learning are so friendly and welcoming! I currently started my HCA course and the instructor is absolutely amazing, she pushes us to do our best and never lets us fail ???? Highly recommend AOLCC for anyone who is wanting to start there career!! The campus is just one happy family and so enthusiastic!

I completed my HCA certificate in 2017. All of the staff were really friendly and supportive. My instructor Brenda really made sure I had everything I needed to graduate and get a job in my field. I really liked this college. I didn't have to upgrade or have a diploma. I studied and passed the entrance exam. Now I have to great HCA jobs and could not be more thankful. Thanks AOL

Terrible expierence for my fiance she has been working very hard at her course and then this school which is full of uneducated useless people who dont really care about there students she had proof of passing her test but i guess that doesnt matter cause she is forced to re do them or she will not be allowed to do her practicum. Also making a student pay for those parts of the course again is kinda ridiculous if you ask me i wish i could give this place no stars everybody save ur money and go to medicine hat college

This is not what it seems, the facilitators dont know the material as they should, the student advisor is always on her cell phone and inturrupts student to talk about her personal life.
