MRD provided my daughter with driving knowledge, confidence and humility. In our case, my daughter did the course work right after her 16th birthday. This gave her some practical knowledge and confidence to practice driving with us for the next 8 months. When the time was near to do her road test, she spent 4 weeks doing the 10 hours of road lessons with Amanda (you are amazing!) to finesse the stuff that us parents forget over the years. MRD then let her use their car for her to do her road test. On the day, she had the "tough" tester from Access NS, but passed her test with no problem. Barely any marks taken off the score sheet. My daughter was elated, her insurance rate is reduced and I feel confident that a great new driver is on the roads with my car. (I love my car!) Thank you, MRD! My son will be registered with you in 8 months when he turns 16. Update: My daughter has now been driving on her own for a full month, She checks the tires, has taken the car in for an oil change, uses her own cash for gas and leaves empty MacDonalds trash in the car. (She isn't perfect). She has taken the 'responsibility' of being a driver to heart.

Already left a review on the other location in Fall River, but I felt I should leave another so more people can see. This was an absolutely terrible experience and my blood boils thinking about it. I did my in class portion and didn’t find it too bad. I had a friend of mine with me in the class and we chatted here and there but this eventually led to him getting kicked out, no good reason. I finished the in class portion and then did my driving. I did 2 in car sessions and both times the check engine light was on. Car was dirty and the instructor was very short and disrespectful. The owner Karen was an absolute nightmare. She sent unclear messages and claimed she was “too busy” to answer my questions. The instructor during my in car session gave unclear directions and it led to me making a turn at an “unsafe time” although there were no cars around. I was then removed from the program with no refund as result of poor teaching. The owner will respond to this message and try to defend her brand as she does with every other negative review - most are negative. I still feel that I am owed money for the in car training I did not receive. Karen has my number and if she wants to resolve this more professionally I’d be open to changing my opinion but as it stands, this is the worse drivers Ed option out there. Please go to JMS driver training instead.

Very unprofessional, 3 different instructors on 3 different days, emailed pictures, not pdfs of the homework, and the teacher on the 3rd day was highly unprofessional! Chuck and Amanda were great. Do NOT under any circumstance attend to this school! 700 dollars is very expensive compared to other driving schools in the area!

My son completed his classroom session of the course in March 2019. It took until October 25th, 2019 to begin his first driving lesson. We would go days and days before receive a response to set up the next lesson. On 2 separate occasions, cancelled at short notice. Today, we were told that my son had one hour left of driving but would not honour it because the time had "elapsed" and would therefore NOT receive his course completion certificate until I paid $79 for this hour of driving. I was also told thar he was considered "elapsed" since December 2019! (What!?) My son had regular appointments with Larry (who is great) through January to March. Not one word about being elapsed, from anyone. Then COVID hit and the world was paused for months. His next lesson, in September 2020, again, no mention of "elapse", went great. When we inquired today about the certificate, were told he will get the certificate once he completes this $79 lesson. Every single correspondence back and forth has been saved and will be filed the the BBB.

Ive been cancelled on every time I was scheduled to go for a lesson. No contact since July to book a lesson and no response to emails.

Micheal was excelent! He was very conscious about all the concern that I had and he was also able to manage his schedule around my needs.I felt behind the wheel whenever we went for a driving practice he is a very good instructor and will prepare you for the driving test! I recomend MRD DRiving school!

Excellent, taking this course gave me the confidence I needed to get my license. I highly recommend MRD driving school. Their driving instructor Amanda, is awesome, she is patient, calm and makes you feel you can do it. That is exactly what I needed to succeed! If I can do it at 49 years of age, anyone can do it!
