(Original) J’ai toujours été satisfaite des services de Tecnic, mais je suis très déçue de payer 120$ pour louer une moto afin d’effectuer mon examen routier et de ne pas avoir la possibilité de l’essayer avant l’examen. Tous les renseignements qui m’ont été donnés au téléphone se sont avérés faux. J’ai attendu la moto dehors pendant 30 minutes et on m’avait très bien verbalisé qu’il serait possible de l’essayer une vingtaine de minutes. Bref, il est décevant de payer pour un service incomplet.
