Be careful there are hidden fees of $ 15.00 when you start your practice because they require you to buy a useless notebook that aims to track your driving progress. I would have left 4 stars but $ 15 does not grow in the trees, alas. It hurt my wallet. (Original) Pas pire, je ne la conseille pas si vous êtes pressé car j'ai du chialer pour avoir mes cours en 11-12 mois, mais si votre permis n'est pas une de vos priorités, Oscar peut faire l'affaire. C'est pas l'école qui fait le conducteur de toute façon, si vous êtes poche c'est pas de leur faute. Attention il y a des frais cachés de 15.00$ lorsque vous commencez vos cours pratique car ils vous obligent d'acheter un cahier inutile qui a pour but de suivre votre progression de conduite. J'aurais laissé 4 étoiles mais 15$ ça pousse pas dans les arbres, hélàs. Ça l'a fait mal à mon portefeuille.

I give 1 star because i cannot give none. Well... I'm going to provide a objective review based on my personal experience with this school.... is a long history but take the time to read it....the first issue is that the teacher Oscar was driving with my wife speaking on the phone during the driving class, so I don't think he can be able to evaluate properly... the guy at least try but that is a very concerning issue at a lack of professionalism.. For that is my First issue: lack of possibility to schedule driving classes theoretical and on the road due to (covid, lack of teachers) I went to the office to cancel the course and move on to another MORE organized school.. then the second issue came in... Second issue the wife/secretary Naglaa: when I asked to cancel the contract she was very polite, listened to my issues and scheduled all the pending classes and also SHE offered to go with my wife on the road to "help us"... everything went good until my wife went on the road with her... Naglaa call herself a teacher and continuously where saying to my wife that she is not good, that she can't be on level 8- 9 because she drives carefully, during the whole 2 hours she was yelling not even talking making driving a very frustrating thing... the worst was that Naglaa was " taking care of the car " by grabbing the steering wheel during the class just to avoid potholes on the road, again she CANNOT take the steering wheel and as a driving school i do believe they should have patience with students not telling how bad they are... (don't forget the husband give my wife the previous classes) and also refuse to go on the road again with my wife Now third issue was went i myself went to the office to speak to her (Naglaa)... I was going to ask her what happen and why she was like that and of course to cancel the contract.... went i went to the office she was very courteous with another student, charging her credit card, scheduling the classes... if you see that you will say everything is good here... but when that student left and I just tell her to cancel the contract, her behavior changed for the worst... she YELLED to closed the door, she was on the phone and keep telling me "what do you want" when I tried to speak she began interrupting me over an over... she said that I didn't have to complaint to her and she didn't let me speak at all, she call the husband Oscar and he took me to another office to talk privately but didn't care or didn't worry for what happen... he just tell me to go another day because he had another student on the car and he can't cancel the contract right away because I need an appointment. Fourth issue (the appointment) next day when I went to cancel the contract I arrived 8 min later because I work and he said that he doesn't have time, again for another student, didn't have time to listen to me and what happen with her wife... spoked with my wife and made arrangements to continue on the course but I refused and demanded the cancelation, I received a refund and the documents to go to another school. At the end this is my worst experience with this guys, I don't think they are prepared to give classes and if students bother you so much just close and do something else... I refuse to pay a business to get this type of treatment... respect and professionalism should be your top priority above all. Do yourself a favor, don't pay this guys for treat you like s**t, and if you do dont tolerate that behavior and change school, ask for the paper of what you did and cancel the contract... STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS....

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE, This is my first review, but I thought it would be inconsiderate not to warn others. First of all, the good reviews on here, are written by them, there is no way people would be leaving such great comments. The school is a scam, there are no availabilities for driving, you can only call between 3-5 to make appointments and 90% of the time they don't answer. I went with this school because its much cheaper then the others, but that was a mistake, you will not finish on time!!! Look into real reviews, before actually going. And if you do go, you're warned. Don't be fooled by the nice act the put up the first week, once they have a good chunk of your money, where they know you cant really pull out, they will treat you as so.

What an amazing driving school !!! The secretaries are super friendly and you really feel welcomed once you walk in. The drivers are very patient and make you feel super relaxed.. especially on the highway. I never had any complaining to do as a student there. They will claim to be cheaper then other's but you will end up paying more because of hidden unexpected fees for a very poorly run school with absolutely no quality in anything whatsoever. Apparently, the owners didn’t really care and check, just responded any negative feedback as not their student. My son (his review was also commented as not their student) registered and had class with Oscar for near a year and half but not even finished half of the courses, their system was unprofessional, and the way how they said to work was inconsistent. We left Nov last year due to unacceptable attitude when we complained the situation, the female owner (the rude secretary people complained in the review) threatened us to kick my son out of school and delete all his finished records. When we decided to leave, we were charged penalty, we did receive refund for uncompleted courses and the certificate for what my son accomplished, but the experience with Oscar driving school was a nightmare. If anyone is like me choosing Oscar driving school for lower price, you might waste all your time and suffer bad service, if you cannot tolerate and leave, you will be charged for penalty and you won’t save anything when you transfer to another school. Anyway, I am still glad we chose to leave Oscar and find a better place to continue my son’s driving training.
