Les cours de moto aussi bien théoriques que pratiques étaient une vrai joke, Bertrand passait plus de temps à parler de sa vie et des virées de moto qu’il organisait l’été que d’apprentissage. Nous étions plusieurs élèves à s’être plaint du manque de professionnalisme des cours. Sur 4h de cours en circuit fermé nous passions peut-être 2h sur la moto à pratiquer (et encore), quant aux heures sur la route j’ai surtout le souvenir du garage de Bertrand et ses sempiternelles histoires. Pour ma propre sécurité j’ai décidé de suivre des cours en circuit fermé et sur route avec Tecnic (rue St Hubert à Montréal) et là j’ai compris ce qu’était des vrais cours de moto avec des professionnels. Mon prof de route chez Tecnic avait déjà entendu parler de la réputation de Bertrand et il était étonné qu’il soit toujours autorisé à enseigner...

Propriétaire qui cherche que a vendre des cours privée, les promesses qui se disent ne sont jamais respecté ça change a chaque fois. Pour récolté ton argent il est présent mais pour donner des cours théorique potable c'est zéro on parle de tout sauf de la théorie sur la moto. Des frais qu'on a jamais entendu parler ( A l'examen de la SAAQ en circuit fermer un 50$ de plus ) même si on fini les cours 1 heure plutôt c'est pas repris et pas remboursé!!! mon argent ne devais pas être aussi bien pour qu'il fasse quelque chose, il a préférer me proposer 1 heure de cours privé que j'aurais du payer de ma poche... Ce qui a sauvé mon dégout de cette école ça été le moniteur que j'ai eu et les autres élèves qu'il y avait. Dommage que j'ai du mettre 1 étoile pour publier parce que a mon avis ça vaut même pas ça

Worst driving School. Please avoid at any cost and check other's reviews as well before signing up. I chose this school for my daughter since it is closer to her school. It's a nightmare. Terrible management, unprofessional. You have to wait for at east a month before getting a date for your lesson. Even though 4-5 times, my daughter spent bus tickets to go there just to know that the class is cancelled, without any reason or any notice. They gave a wrong date for the theory class. So many times, my daughter wasted her money and time. This is so inconvenient for others, all they had to do is notice or send emails for cancellations. If they can't do such a small thing, how can you trust their ability to teach the driving? My daughter started in March, now we are in August, neither theory nor practical lessons are done. So I gave up and start giving her lessons on my own. They also made mistakes in their file which complicated the process obtaining the learning licence.

Au lieu de nous éduquer, le prof parlait d'anecdoctes de sa vie personnelle qui n'a aucun rapport au cours. Quand tu es en train de lire le journal local qui traine près de toi au lieu d'écouter le prof jaser du beau temps, il y a un méchant problème. Le pratique était environ 40 minutes utiles avec le reste du temps (4 heures obligatoire par la loi) à se promener incluant environ 1 heure pour manger au restaurant! Depuis ce temps, il m'arrive souvent de me dire en roulant "Le prof aurait pu parler de ça ... et ça ... et ça..." Il aurait pu remplir le 3 heures de VRAI contenu mais il ne sait pas comment donner des cours. Vous aurez votre permis quand même mais, en toute honnêteté, je n'ai rien appris d'eux.

Absolutely terrible service, my husband signed up for the driving courses on a Monday to begin the following Monday, I just so happened to have given birth the Monday of the first class to which he called to inform them of his absence and was told that he could come back on the Monday of the next week, the time came and they told him his classes were cancelled because he missed a class and he would have to start on July first (Canada day) which is a month from now, he asked for a refund and the receptionist claims she doesn’t know how to do it so we will have to wait 3 weeks to get our money back, when we try to call the owner he hides and gives us no reasonable explanation on why we can’t get our money back before (+300$) Terrible service if I could give less stars I would.

Cours théorique ou l'on ne parle pas de moto. Cours sur circuit fermer dans un parking plein de sable et de roches à St Jean. Nous avons meme du attendre qur le prof passe le balais avant de faire nos cours. Le proprietaire avait dit avoir a sa disponibilité des terrains avec des lignes (faux) il y avait même le tournage des pires chauffeurs du Québec de sorte qu'on a encore perdu du temps à changer d'endroit. Trop d'élève versus le nombre de prof (1 pour 10). Propriétaire qui parle mal aux élèves et crie. Secrétaire de Longueuil qui est pas mal mêler. Ne sais pas quand son les cours etc. Les plages de cours sont toujours les dernières disponible, par exemple le 24 juin au soir j'ai du me presenter pour un cours théorique (ou évidament nous n'avons pas parler de moto) et nous avons appris plus tard qu'il y avait d'autre possibilités. Beaucoup mais beaucoup de promesses non respecté. Locaux de Longueuil épouvantable. Les motos sont store dans le garage d'une maison. Pas professionnel du tout. Fait payer les cours supplémentaire ou la location de moto pou l'examen sans reçu. En gros toute les heures de cours requise par la saaq sont diminué de moitié pratiquement à cause de tout les imprévus et le propriétaire s'en fiche et se fâche lorsque tu essai de lui parler.
