Great School, Lots of patience, They have lots of resources; but if you do not getting what you want feel free to talk to the head office. They will address your concerns and exceed your expectation. I was a student and It changed my life forever. Be a great student to become an achiever; Do not depend on everything from a school. Books, outside resources to find out what you getting from a school. Just watch how you progress everyday. If it doesn't make sense in the first day it won't in the last day. Call head office right away. Good Luck!!

my names Riley, I went to ttcc in windsor and had the pleasure of being training by both Bruce and howie! both of these guys will show you whats up.. they are both extremely helpful and point you in the right direction to having a successful career! now for christine! she is a blessing to have had help me go thru all this. from figuring out how to schedule me when i worked 7 days a week 24 hrs a day, to when i had nervous break downs because i wasnt understanding something or was just way to tired to think about it LOL. the campus in windsor is by far the best experience ive been apart of.

Not only do I recommend choosing this school, I encourage anyone who has an interest in obtaining their DZ/AZ license to do their program through TTCC. Everyone at the campus is pleasant to talk to and if you have any questions they will surely be glad to help you out. Meleta (Campus Coordinator) has answered my many questions and is always helpful. Andrew (instructor) has helped me learn to shift properly on a 13 speed in a matter of days. I can't thank the folks enough for putting on the right track towards my career. Thank you.

Different instructors every week, and each one says you can't trust what the other instructors say. The instructors tell you what to do, but they won't say why you have to do it. The simulator advertised as a feature is constantly broken. Took more than 3 months to get my DZ graduation certificate. Did forklift training nearly five months ago and they still haven't issued my course certificate. Job placement is a joke, it's the same listings you'll find in the job bank. They don't teach you to drive, they only teach the minimum to pass the road test. I paid for extra driving time and several times caught my instructor teaching me incorrectly. If I had listened to him, I would have instantly failed my air-brake exam and the school agreed with me that he taught me wrong. I requested a different instructor and was told that none was available. I requested a refund, and the school refused to even say on what grounds they would not issue a refund. The instruction I received was not worth the money I paid for it. STAY AWAY

Nice people, but the instructors were not teaching to the new standards for the road test laid out by MTO. They will also tell you that they will support you as much as possible to help you succeed - what they actually mean is after the course; they will let you use a simulator if it's available.

I don’t know where to begin. Two years ago I went to another school in London and over the six weeks I was at that school I felt rushed and never was able to learn at my own pace. And with that my road test was not a pass. And after two years out of a truck and only 20 hours the instructor Jeff was able to teach me how to drive a manual transmission (other school pushed for students to drive automatic). And got me refreshed on all my schedule 1. And this wouldn’t have happened without the help of Christina in the office. And to that I thank you both for helping me obtain my dream of a truck driver. And TTCC of London will be the only school I would recommend. Thank you again guys.

Any time you go in to ttcc they are have smiles. I really like they all have manual trucks so you get your money's worth. 10/10 I recommend Transport Training Centre for drivers wanting to obtain a D or A license! I have successfully obtained my DZ license, and I owe all the thanks to the Trainers at the Sudbury Campus, and the Campus Coordinator Lacey!! From day one Lacey made me feel comfortable, and excited to learn from her Trainers. The trainers are all amazing to learn from, I did have the pleasure of learning from them all! They really take the one on one time teaching you seriously, and they truly prepare you for the Road test.

Great place, can’t say much about anything or anybody but the lovely Leigh Ouwens, she is an amazing instructor so much so I’m taking the time to write this. She deserves a raise and a brand new car. I passed my test first try because of her, she does not mess around but will also make sure to keep you calm and disciplined on the road as well as give you a good laugh, and she also will make sure you got what you need to be a proper safe driver and pass that test. 10/10 experience, no stress, safe driving.

4.5 out of 5 because no one is perfect. This school truly goes beyond what other schools in Windsor can offer. Their prices are very competitive and make students feel important. When I called all my questions were answered and the prices didn't change if I went to Windsor or Chatham unike another school in Windsor. There's many bonus to this school such as getting extra road test at no cost should you fail 1st time which once again is great to which will help the students to focus without a panic attack because no pressure to pass 1st time. The other bonus is they help students get jobs, the training students receive are from experience drivers, training is done on a manual, and there's lots of location to choose from.Overall l would recommend this school, but of course it's up to you it's your money.

Wish i knew what i know now. Advertised as full time. But only a couple hours a day. Then it gets better. I paid $10,000 out of pocket for heavy equiptment course that turned out to be a safty course that is worthless. It will not get you a job in the field. You have tge exact same oppourtunity if you dont that the course. Also wanted to renew AZ license as it was expired and they wanted another $3,000 to renew my license. Needless to say i have to work in a factory now as i wasted my savings to better my life. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SPENDING THAT MONEY. My opinion is i got ripped off badly.

This has been an amazing experiences! I'm beyond grateful for the wealth of knowledge that has been handed down to me by Jaycee and Paul. They are extremely resourceful and helpful preparing me for my drive test! They are patient and ensured I understood everything from driving, shifting, schedule 1, coupling and uncoupling, and in cab inspection! Patricia the campus coordinator has been a blessing ensuring I had sufficient time for my classes and observation times as I was doing my training part time. Patricia always did her best to provide a yes answer and made my transition as smooth as possible! I would like to also thank Rachell as she gave me all the knowledge I need to get enrolled made it smooth transition from enrollment to starting my class! I called around the other schools I picked TTCC because I could get my AZ + heavy equipment for the same price as all the other schools wanted for just AZ, I lost my old job because of the covid shut downs. I started by doing some online learning which was pretty cool and then i did all my hands on training. BEWARE of this school before investing any money into them. They are so unorganized and are not there to support the students once you pay them they shove you to the side. It is a 6 week program which ended in June and still do not have a license and it is September. They said they were going to book the test they never did and by the time they were available they had no spots left until the end of September which we started emailing for this in July. If you fail your test they do not provide you with any additional training to assist you in getting the license. They want $120 an hour. Once your willing to pay this they then state that they do not have anyone to train you. Currently they are down to one teacher because they have pushed all there teachers away and they do not even want to work for them. Spoke to a past teacher who said multiple students have been messaging him with all the same concerns. They tell you you can have free observation training and then dont give you the schedule til the day before and then the day of state that the teacher is sick. Everytime you call the office the secretary hangs up on you. They have no customer service skills! It appears based on other reviews the staff has changed as I do not recognize any of the names mentioned below. Also spoke to the administrative manager who also did nothing. Do your research before investigating so much money into a nightmare!!

Highly recommend to anyone looking to obtain their license! These guys waste no time in getting you prepared for your test. I was able to pass my D-Z with ease on the first try and I felt comfortable getting behind the wheel of a straight truck after just a couple training shifts. Worst training school I've ever been to. I attended sudbury location from November till February. Sylvie Chenier and Laura Wragg in the office are beyond unorganised and couldn't make a proper schedule if their life depended on it. Trucks and equipment were absolute junk. Had my class cancelled 6 times due to trucks not running or scheduling mistakes. Then I miss 3 classes with notice and they want an extra 720$ on top of the 10,400$. Take your money and go to NATT they at least have decent trucks and employees who care about their students.

Pleasure working with Dan in the pit however that was the only positive thing to come outta this. Course ended early Jan/21, took til end of March to receive certs. If you can process payment immediately then you can also print certs in a timely fashion. 100+ resumes out without one call, its now July. NO help from school in job hunt and no follow up, please feel free to reach out to me if you can turn this into a positive experience!

Jeff did everything the can to prepare me for my road test. He made sure he worked with on areas I needed extra work on. Jeff was excited when I picked up and implemented everything he was teaching. I appreciate his patience when he worked with me because when I started my lessons I couldn't even drive a manual transmission. Overall he created a very relaxed yet serious atmosphere where you didn't have to worry when you made mistakes. Both Hillary & Christina were professional and they managed to schedule my lessons around my schedule. It is thanks to these individuals I can say I passed my road test and I am now looking forward to starting my career in the industry.

I recently sent my son to ttc . As 20 some years ago it was the school I attended to get my AZ was a great school back in the day.. But I would not recommend the school to anybody now. Very unprofessional no communication, nice as pie until they got your money . There’s plenty other good quality schools to choose from. Thankfully the Northern Academy picked up where TTC left off and my son was able to get his license with their help and training. Hope this save somebody a headache

Had the pleasure of receiving training from TTCC in Belleville for my DZ license. Rachell was helpful at the beginning of my journey and provided me with all of the info I needed to make my decision with the course. Dane, the online instructor, was very knowledgeable and offered some extra help with the areas that I was struggling to understand. Both Tanya (cornwall) and Robin (belleville) made sure I had all the tools I needed to succeed. While they were a bit short for trainers in belleville, they had the best of the best travel down to help train their students. I had the pleasure of learning SO MUCH from a few of the best trainers. John (belleville) gave me tips and tricks for remembering certain things that I struggled with and started my in-truck training where I was comfortable with. Jim (windsor) was super laid-back and made driving with him feel not so intimidating. Finally, I finished off my training with Ken (cornwall) who had all the confidents in me even when I was weary of my skills. Ken even came back to belleville the following week to ensure I was set up for success for my test. I passed my DZ the first try, and I have so many people to thank. Would highly recommend the belleville campus for any future DZ or AZ seeking students.

First of all if you've never been in a transport truck ever then you're not supposed to take the MELT program. I didn't know this until after taking the course then failing on the 90 degree alley dock parking that's when I looked into Tri-County in Cambridge, Ontario and they told me that I should have never taken the MELT program. I should have taken the full AZ trucking course that is 8 weeks long with 54 hours forward and 24 hours back plus they train you how to drive a fork lift and how to properly load a trailer for proper weight distribution. Now that I've educated myself I will be attending Tri-County in the new year after I get my money back from the course come income tax time. It makes me upset because they know this all they want is your money plus they don't stick to the program hours or train you properly. I only had 3 hours of backing up practice and I should of had at least 18 hours. Please just educate yourself and don't make the same mistake as myself. Thanks.

I took the DZ course here and learned so much in 3 weeks. I was new to standard transmissions, and the trainers were able to get me driving through the city within a week. They make it their goal to see you succeed. Staff are also very accommodating with scheduling and will make sure you have a truck ready for your road test. I'd highly recommend TTCC to anyone looking to upgrade their license.

When i started my training i was nervous but my instructor was very helpful and welcoming. As the lessons went on he pointed out what i was doing well and what i needed to work on anything i needed work on we would focus on until i was comfortable.
