I am giving one star because after I signed up for Test Ready Package Carol was unable to schedule me with instructor. After I paid my fee I was the only one who was initiating online communication with her. If I didn`t email her, she wouldn`t contact me. After waiting for weeks and after being told that I will receive a call from them, which never happened, I ended up asking for my money back. Carol was completely careless about it and even rude by the end. So I wasted my time.

I had a great experience with DriveWise. All the people I met were very kind, I learned a lot, created a ton of good driving habits, and I now feel very comfortable behind the wheel. Jack P was my instructor. He was always very calm and patient and he answered any and all of the questions I asked. I can't remember the man's name who ran the simulation lab but I really enjoyed the experience. I was the only girl in my session but I never felt uncomfortable. I had Jay before my G2 road test. She was incredibly charismatic and made me feel completely comfortable as soon as I got in the car. She was able to teach me a couple of things before my test and made me feel very confident and sure of myself. I didn’t feel at all anxious or nervous before the test and was able to pass thanks to her last minute teachings.

I contacted DriveWise back in January, and had been in contact with Carol for a while, and did the Drivewise in- class course back in March at Fanshawe, and it was both effective and great learning experience. Michael managed to make boring and dry material entertaining. The simulators are handy and it's great for learning lessons in "what will happen if" and showing what to do in sticky situations in a safe and controlled manner (my favourites were the spin out in snowy weather and the texting and driving simulators.) I started my in-car lessons with Denis, (who is great at explaining and showing what to do.) and once the lessons started getting scheduled, it felt like no time that they were done and over with. I passed my G2 test with flying colors and a lot of that had to do with the instruction and at the end of each lesson going over things to work on. One of my biggest compliments is that their communication is great- they all answer quickly- it's rare for them to not respond within 12 hours, even on their days off, and they are willing to help and work with you. The experience I had with Drivewise was amazing. Denis was a great online teacher and he explained everything very well and thoroughly. His classes were far from boring and he always added a little humor to keep the class interested. I had my in-car lessons with Jack, and he was awesome. Jack was very patient and communicated very well. He was able to give me tips and help me get comfortable behind the wheel, while still making the lessons fun. drive wise was a really good choice for me!!! My driver instructor Jay was THE BESTEST EVER!!! I loved her she always put her students first!! I had an amazing experience! The teachers/instructors were very helpful and kind. Lots of quizzes in class kept me interested and able to make new friends and meet new people. As well the driving simulators were an amazing tool to help us learn different things to do on the road and certain situations that may occur in reality so that we can prevent them from happening, which makes us be safer and more responsible drivers. Overall I had an amazing experience and I definitely recommend it to people looking for somewhere to go for driver's ed. Choose DriveWise!

Drive wise is an amazing place! It taught me a ton over the course and throughout my driving lessons. Although COVID-19 stopped us from learning in a class together, Denis made the course very fun through online. I got two driving instructors, Brad and Jay. They both were extremely helpful in my learning and you feel at home when you're driving with them. An amazing driving course and would recommend to everyone! Thanks for all the help DriveWise.

Simulation is cool, the in car lessons were great, passed the road test first try because of it. These guys know what they are doing and like to help as much as they can.

Jay is the Bomb dot com, she was awesome and helped me get the confidence I needed, I successfully passed my G2 road test with confidence and a good mark. The worst company I had to deal with. If you are a busy person and you do not like your time wasted or being lied on around their kitchen table talks don’t use this driving school. I hated their lies and the way none of them could empathize with a customer nor taking accountability of their miscommunications. It wasn’t easy to get my refund either. Carol deserves a minus 1 for her horrible way of communicating as a business owner and the rest of everyone I dealt with for having the need to lie about me. (and I have proof of their emails and the text msgs with that lame instructor) Such a waste of my time, money and my energy. Tebbie

The experience I had at drivewise was magnificent. The instructors was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Instead of having you sit at a desk and listen to never ending lectures, they made learning fun by making connectons, showing videos and having game quizzes where they handout Clickers and divide you into teams the blue team and the red team. Drivewise offers a simulator where they teach you to drive in certain conditions, Eco driving but it also teaches you what it's like to drive when distarcted ( texting) or what it's like when you drink and drive by making you wear goggles that affects your vision teaching you the consequences of what could happen if you make those bad decisions. This is a top driving school that covers practically everything you should know about being a good driver and the consequences of making bad decisions. I highly recommend this driving course.

My daughter had fun at the course and is teaching us many defensive details that we had never thought much about. Her in-car practice was worked around her busy school & activities schedule. My insurance company is reducing the cost of adding her by $400 and the course trims several months off the waiting period. G2 road test in a few weeks!

JAY is the BEST.. We used DriveWise for a third time to as my son was going for his G Drivers License .. We used Drive Wise for both my sons and daughters G2 testing and drivers ed. Jay picked him up and gave him a refresher lesson which he thoroughly enjoyed .. He said that he had "forgotten" a few of the rules from obtaining his G2 2.5 years ago.. DriveWise was such a good choice for me as a new driver! I was quite nervous when I first got my G1 but it was with the help of Denis (in class class lessons) and my AMAZING driving instructor Jay that I was able to get more confident and comfortable with driving. DriveWise does a great job at keeping you informed about things that are coming up as well as provide excellent feedback and tips for future use. As of this week I got my G2 all thanks to my excellent instructor Jay. She was very patient and always encouraging. Amazing place to learn driving, professional and yet not so much that it makes you feel uncomfortable Denis made it fun to learn and not boring and made you lose focus he kept it interesting . I was always nervous about getting my license and with the help from Jay, Brad and Denis they eased my nerves and helped me feel comfortable about driving. I have a difficult schedule to work around and they were all very accommodating to ensure I got all of my lessons in before my test. Drivewise is a phenomenal driving school, probably the best in all of London. I cannot say enough positive things about the people in this company, they are simply amazing. I have gone through 2 other driving schools where they did not teach me how to drive safely, or correctly, and they barely spoke a word of english. The instructors here, especially Cheryll are very calm and patient teachers, who teach you the skills you need to drive in a way anyone can learn. They will bend over backwards to help you, and ensure you have the best possible experience. I passed my G2 test with only 8 hours in car with Cheryll, (and no practice at home) something I was unable to do with 2 other driving schools. I just passed my G2 road test with flying colours thanks to my experience with DriveWise London! My driving instructor Jeannette or "Jay" was absolutely amazing!! Right from the first time I met her and got into the vehicle with her, she was personable, intelligent, patient and literally HILARIOUS. We got along great and she calmed a lot of my driving anxiety, not only with her experience and talent as an instructor but also her personality and spirit as a human being!! Before DriveWise I was extremely nervous and had not had much experience in a vehicle and on the road. THANKS TO JAY I am now confident. Jay let me know everything I was doing great with, as well as things that I needed to work on in a very professional and and encouraging manner, because of this I was able to work on the areas I needed some extra practice on without feeling discouraged or losing my confidence. By the end of my time with her, I felt 100% ready for my test. Obviously there were some butterflies going to take my G2 road test, but I knew I was READY! I am extremely happy and grateful to have met her, I am glad I chose DriveWise because JAY you REALLY REALLY REALLY helped a girl learn! I appreciate you more than you know and you deserve a RAISE for your hard work!! During my time with Jay I seen her go out of her way to help other instructors, drivers and human beings in general!! Denis was my online and simulator instructor and he was freakin awesome too! He is also extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind! I learned a lot from him and took lots of notes! He was very informative and answered any and all questions that I had. He also told the class to watch a movie about road rage on netflix, it was informative and entertaining and he has great taste in movies! He is also hilarious which was really great for me because I am a very easy going and funny person myself. It made it easier to learn from someone who was calm, collected and smart but who could also make ya laugh! The simulators gave me a great look and feel for what being on the road would be like, we practiced MULTIPLE scenarios and I was surprised at my own skid control abilities! Thank you so much for everything the two of you have done for me. I would recommend DriveWise to anyone and everyone who is learning, nervous about driving, or just want a refresher!

I had a great experience, I did 14 lessons with 3 different instructors and they were all professional. However, it made it really difficult to learn from three different instructors because they all have different teaching methods. It should have been 2 instructors.

Things were great till Glen my daughter's teacher had surgery and was supposed to be out 2 weeks. This turned out to be over a month of her lessons being rescheduled. But these people worked hard to get it all done working on their days off. Thanks drive wise team!!!

Signing up for Drivewise was one of the most beneficial decisions that I have ever made. I got my license later than most as I was always scared and had a fear of the road, due to being in a car accident. The in-class sessions are very informative and educational. The simulator definitely prepares you for the driving on the road and allows you to drive under real-time conditions. The driving lessons with the instructor are based on your individual needs and allows your to identify your strengths and weaknesses. All in all, Dennis, Carol and Michael are fantastic instructors and are very much aware of what it takes to be a safe, confident driver.
