Such a beautiful and relaxing place for yoga. The studios are spacious and smell nice. The instructor that led the session I went to, Allison, was fantastic. I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in town.

THE best place to go for Yoga! I love the welcoming and intimate environment White Pine yoga provides. There is a great range of classes available and I have enjoyed many of them. From Prenatal yoga to Mom and Baby to the Yin and Tonic or Relax and Renew class, White Pine Yoga has supported my physical and mental health as I became a mother for the first time. The experience of attending a class at White Pine Yoga is one not to be missed,the instructors are wonderful and attentive and the yoga is top notch. I always leave feeling so blissed out and grateful. Big thanks to you guys for bringing the love to Pembroke, namaste!

I love everything about White Pine. The space is beautiful - clean lines, spacious rooms, lovely natural light. A warm and welcoming atmosphere which is echoed by the instructors who are encouraging and flexible. When I first started going, I was recovering from a rotor cup injury which limited my range of motion and was often painful. The instructors revised their routines so I could participate as fully as possible. My shoulder has really improved and I believe it is in large part to the yoga sessions. White Pine was recommended to me several years ago by friends; I am sorry it took me so long to realize what a gem this place is.

A bright, beautiful, calming, fun and welcoming studio. I have attended many of their different classes, Women's Day of Wellness, sent my daughter to their yoga camp, and received Thai Yoga Massages from Shannon (holy moly AMAZING!!!!!). I highly recommend their classes for novice or advanced, young or old, - WPY offers an amazing asset to our community!

White Pine Yoga recently began offering online classes. These offerings were originally created in response to the current social distancing protocol. The studio’s owner, Maegan, reached out to the community via social media, and provided a platform (through the Zoom app) where local yogis could come together to breathe, move, and participate in a collective experience. These online classes have brought so many people together, and have given many in our community a solid foundation in an otherwise uncertain climate. The White Pine Yoga studio has always been a warm meeting place in Renfrew County; thanks to modern technology and a thoughtful leader, we are now able to invite that warmth into our homes. I encourage anyone interested to check out the studio website and MINDBODY app to virtually explore and enjoy the unique and wonderful White Pine Yoga.

White Pine Yoga is a lovely studio nestled in the most beautiful little courtyard in Pembroke. It is bright, welcoming and just amazing. Come for a class, stay and have tea and a chat in the seating area. The classes are plentiful and varied for all abilities. My favorite classes are Yin and Tonic - lovely deep restorative with gentle massage for relaxation and I love all of the hot classes if I want to challenge my body. I was fortunate to complete my yoga teacher training at the studio and am so grateful to still be able to grow my personal practice through the various trainings at the studio. Maegan is a wonderful owner and yogi who is willing to laugh, play support, and grow alongside her students. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a studio in the Ottawa Valley.
