The meal was great. Manager who served me was very friendly. They should use tray liners to serve food. It is not sanitary to serve food on a tray with no liner. Anoth visit to this place. Look different. Looks and feel like a new management.

When I saw they were blocking access to them. I went next door to subway and spent my money there. (Washroom was open)

The Deep River Burger King is not maintained. I tried to use the washroom but on entering it was so stank and filthy and in in such a state of disrepair that I opted not to use it. No soap, no paper towel, hand drier inoperable. Heavy stench of urine . I didn't dare look in the bathroom stall. I certainly hope the staff have a separate hygienic area to wash up, but still given the horrid state of the public washroom, the general uncleanliness of the eating area, I can't help but suspect the kitchen isn't clean either and I'd be asking for a case of food poisoning eating here. ....Too bad because I prefer the menu over any other fast food outlet.

Just went there and asked for a double whopper with no bun and no sauce because my boyfriend is on keto and they put ketchup on it, and there was only 1 patty instead of 2. They were also very rude and would not listen to us. Very unpleasant and dont reccomend going.

Best place in town for the burger throwing show!! Showed up on a Friday night and before I even made it to the drive-thru window, an employee came out, screamed “Welcome to Burger King!” and threw a burger patty at my car! Made a big splotch and left grease all over. Learned later that the guy had hit the wrong car. (As if it’s every okay for employees to whip burgers at customers???) He apologized, cleaned my car and we got a free meal out of it - but I can’t say I’d recommend this experience to anyone.

we stopped in for lunch on way from Mattawa to Arnprior.. we were extremely pleased.. we ordered two veggie burgers, a whopper with cheese and bacon, chicken fries and rootbeer.. our server was friendly, and patient. we used the bathroom (nice and clean) after we ordered, and when we came out our to go bag was ready.. I said to my friend, "are you sure it's all in there? it cant be ready" (usually you have to wait longer on the veggie burgers).. but it was all there..we sat in the truck and started eating and we both happily exclaimed how amazing the food was.. surprisingly, as I mean it's Burger King.. we have been to hundreds.. but the burgers were delicious. .the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, the patties tasted great, sauces were perfect.. we both laughed as we said they were the best burgers we had ever had... in fact its 5 hours later now and we are still randomly blurting out how great the food was.. Hence popping on here to post a review.. something I've never bothered doing.. we cant wait to stop there again in May when we travel through again.

Was not pleased with our stop. Was very slow and unorganized. Was was very dirty and my son made note of how much gum was underneath all of the tables. Also it had not snowed for 3 or 4 days and the sidewalks or nothing but ice no one cleared them off or chipped away any of the ice even though it was a nice warm day.

Looked clean and normal for a Burger King. We arrived at ~10:45 AM and there was a line up. Lots of signs letting us know they serve breakfast... great! But no, after 10 minutes in line they let us know that it ended at 10:30... would have been great if one of the signs had of said that. We left and went to Subway for their breakfast, will not return to BK.

The Deep River location is not good at all. The lady at the cash was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. For the second time in many months (close to a year) I tried to use a gift card here. Both times I was told they couldn't accept the card because "we just updated our systems". This must be the standard lie they use so they don't have to deal with the admin work of gift cards. The grill was down "momentarily" so they had a sign up saying no beef products were available. That's fair... stuff happens, right? So I ask the lady at the cash what the status is. Without askkng anybody working on the grill she tells me I can't order beef. That's no problem I said and we ordered chicken. I stepped to the left to follow my order and when I look back the sign was down and the guy behind me orders a whopper... I would have gladly waited one minute to order what we actually wanted. Now we get our food. There's a sandwich missing and we got an extra poutine that we didn't order. When the cashier noticed us telling the guy doing the order that the poutine must've been someone else's, she made ir quite clear that this was my fault. When you travel through Deep River and see Tim's is busy with people lined up out the door, and the Burger King is empty, you'll have a pretty good idea why...

This Burger King restaurant in Deep River offers great food and drinks for reasonable prices. Staff is friendly. The location is overall clean but the restrooms could use some more maintenance. The nearby parking lot is rather small.

I ordered the HP ultimate bacon cheese burger and it was not ultimate. It was pretty bland with large onion slices that stole the flavour show. The fries were mediocre, with a few crispy gems mixed in with some soggy ones. The washroom was pretty clean considering this was the Monday of a long weekend with a lot of traffic. I recommend stopping here rather than the Tim Hortons for a little break. Also, skip the line and use the drive through, then take it in to eat. Lots of seats (feels like it could have been a Wendy's at one point in time)

I live a bit far from any Burger King and I look forward to coming to this one when I get a chance to pass by here. Just very disappointed. I work in the fast food industry and have worked as both a cashier and kitchen staff. So I know how it is and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today.

The Burger King app is excellent, coupons are accepted at all locations in Canada, problem I had here today on WHOPPER Wednesday is I was told I can not use the buy one Whopper get one FREE coupon? Whoppers are $6.79 here and is the price I'm used to paying, getting one additional Whopper free using the app. In order to get 2 whoppers on Whopper Wednesday I have to pay $8, $1.21(before tax) more then I pay on a regular day?? Learned not to come to BK on Wednesdays, I then went to McDinalds and bought a Big Mac and got one free using their app on WHOPPER Wednesday, fix this...

Stopped here on a road trip. Crispy chicken sandwich was thin (not at all like in the picture) and super greasy yuck, the inside of the bun was yellow for some reason and the ice tea drink tasted funny. I'll eat at Subway which is next door if I pass by again.

Went through the drive through earlier today, they had messed up our burgers which wasnt a big deal, I had took them in to get fixed and had gotten mouthed off by one of the guys in the back. "What a waste of 6 Patty's" then threw them over the ledge while screaming my order meanwhile It was very quiet in there. The women in the drive through were great, but the "men" that work inside it, were very ignorant.

Stopped on way home from a long trip on hwy 17, was fast, clean and tasty. Service was nice. Only thing a little off was the taste of the soda pop. Perhaps something in the water gives less than ideal pop flavour. Was pulling a trailer and parkinglot was empty, so lots of room to maneuver. Might be tight if busier time, but had a nice turnaround at back of lot.

Not surprising when there are 3 employees sitting out back on buckets, chain smoking the entire time my husband was inside. Worst Burger King experience I've had. I asked for a burger and a side. The first two sides I asked for they didn't have. When I finished placing my order a guy came in with a recept in hand saying they forgot stuff in his order. He ordered more to go with it. The employee told the guy they didn't have something he wanted on the menu also. My order got pushed back to make his forgotten food and food he order after I put my order in. So I get my order they apologize for taking so long and I leave. I love whoppers. The generous condiment mixture, juicy veggies and grill flavor of a whopper is glorious. I've never had a bad whopper, until today. There was no sauce. No sauce at.... allllll. No ketchup, mayo nothing. I literally had to drink my beverage to get the chunks of burger to slide down my throat it was so dry and flavorless. My side was cooked to hell. But hey, at least the ice tea wasn't bad.

The RUDEST lady works there. Walked in to order some food and use the washroom. Had my head chewed off by her for not being a mind reader and not realizing that the open door washroom was occupied. While waiting to order, the same rude lady saw me standing there but instead of serving me, she went on break and got lippy with another staff member because SHE wanted to punch in her own order first. You need to train your staff better or fire that lady who has the compassion of a potato.

Bathrooms we're nice and clean. Couldn't say the same about the restaurant. All the staff was behind the cash register talking when I walked in ,mid afternoon, food out quick, but I also asked for a large fry. And received a regular size. I will not be back to this location ????

I just want to say this place is one of the best Burger Kings in Ontario. I was riding through on my way to North Bay and was super cold and wet from the storm and they provided great services. I really wish I would have gotten their names but the supervisor with the tattoos and the girl taking my order were a welcomed sight.

Ate there 3 times now and every single time the buns were stale, the meat was dried out, they put no sauce on it and all the toppings were going bad. Thought maybe it was just a employee that didn't care about there job the first and second time but it seems to be all of them. I definitely won't be back

Wanted to go in to order and for kids to use the washrooms, but the doors were not open. So we did the drive thru. Staff very rushy to take my order, just let me finish talking before you ask if that is everything!! Then proceeded to drive to the pick up window but almost cried as I am VERY particular about my truck and I had branches running all down the side of my truck! Outside appeal is not bad at the front but the back of the restaurant is very unpleasant. My food was awful even my kids didn’t finish it. The only thing that was fully finished was my root beer.! Will never be back to Deep River Burger King!

Stopped in for late lunch. Was told at the drive thru to wait, they would be with us. Seven minutes later, someone asked if there was anyone at the drive thru. I said yes. She took my order and had me repeat it 3 times . 4 whoppers with cheese combos. When we got our food I questioned the price as I thought there was a special on the whoppers. The cashier said nope and carried on. When we went to eat mine had no cheese, my husband got 1 and 1/2 patties on his whopper and all of our food was cold. Not happy at all.
