Working with her was a pleasure, as she was very professional, as well as, punctual. In just a short period of time, I received great tips and advice from her, which helped me pass both road tests on the first try. My friend says that he had a good experience with the written part, I noticed that their lunches were only approximately 30 minutes. Not that long once you concider how long it's going to take you to order to the time you are finished eating... He's gone to do the driving part of the course and the guys screwed him over at least 2 times. He gives no notice whatsoever. Do yourself a favour , to not go through the frustration that we had and go somewhere else. I'll write a better review when they start being responsible. not many issues now, one of the instructor was screwing up which dates my friend was supposed to be driving on. that happened at least twice. Not impressed.

DO NOT GO HERE. You could get a better education of the road by reading the official drivers handbook. The in car lessons were decent, but trying to manage times with these people is absurd. My "scheduled" driviving lessons were constantly moved for a variety of reasons. And if you plan on getting your insurance after you get your g2, don't expect them to have your training certificate during or after your lessons. I had to go to Ontario Services to get my training certificate. Invest your money into a better place.

We've all heard horror stories about driving schools but Eric's Driving Academy is great. Eric makes having to sit in driving school exciting and simple. You can't fail any of the road test because Eric isn't there to take your money. He won't book you for the road test unless you're ready. Eric's Driving Academy is perfect for teens and adults. Flexible payment options and great flexibility when it comes to working around your schedule. You're able to get in enough practice even if you don't own your own car. I took behind-the-wheel lessons with Eric himself, and I am convinced that he is one of the highest calibre instructors in the area. He's super calm, friendly, and constructive in the criticism he offers – which is much more than can be said of many of the neighbouring driving schools. After 5 hours of driving with Eric (though I had done a few elsewhere before), I felt very comfortable – to the point where he himself said that I was probably ready to pass the G2 test as-is, and didn't push me to take more lessons. He's honest, so if I decide to take more lessons for the G, I will without a doubt contact him. I highly recommend the behind-the-wheel lessons with Eric for anyone looking.

NOT recommended! Eric cancels classes and lessons without any prior warning. Client time means nothing to him. On at least 3 occasions I took off work early to take my daughter in for classes, and arrived to find he didn't feel like holding class that day. It also took almost a year before she finally got her license, not the 2 months promised, and even then, I had to take her for driving lessons to make sure she was prepared. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Before going to this driving school I recommend to seek somewhere else. I went to Eric’s Driving school and my instructor was Eric and I paid the gold package and did 20 hours in class and 10 hours driving. After I did the 10 hours I felt that I didn’t get proper instructions on how to drive and Eric seem to make me pay more money. Eric was offended when I told him that I went to another driving school .. he didn’t say anything to me and I noticed he started recording me and it seems like he wanted to send that video how “bad” as a driver I was. The other driving school meanwhile that I went to, (standard driving academy) I passed the first try and got my g2! I realized that everything Eric taught me are wrong and unsafe. If I continued going to Eric and not went to another driving school, I would have definitely failed many times.

Just finished all my classes with them (both my sister and I did) and it was pretty good I was surprised. The only major issue I had was my instructor was very rough at first and I really had to get them to be slower and more patient until I really got the hang of driving which I complained about and it was extremely frustrating to contact them and get ahold of them. The in class I scheduled Sunday and Saturday only to find out the first class they didn't do Sunday's anymore..,even though they confirmed Sunday ?! Which was extremely incovient due to the job I have. Once that was sorted it was fine. I just don't like having to push people to do the job right and this school has that problem a couple times. Actual classes and everything else was quite good I thought. But it really depends on the instructor they give you. My instructor at one point for a month so I missed that time to practice and had to practice with my parents (which was really good but very unprofessional that they wouldn't let me have a stand in or somthing) we did manage to catch up all the missing classes though. It's very flexible and well done but you really have to caress them to fix problems which is not professional. That's my 3 stars ✨.

This is a great school, the in-class sessions provide learning experiences and go through all the required material. The preparation for the written test is very well-done. The driving lessons are even better. You are taught well and effectively, road safety is their #1 priority. With their help I passed my G2 test on the first try.

Fantastic!!!!Eric gave my son all the tools....defensive driving/road test and tips/in class lessons and above all he made my son safe driver. I don't mind to pay him more as other may charge less but point is.... he is experienced teacher and I don't want to compromise on the safety of my son ....thx Eric.

I would absolutely recommend Eric's Driving Academy. I had Yazmen as my instuctor and she was amazing. She was patient and she really worked with my schedule. I took My G2 test today and passed with no problems. Ask for Yazmen as your instructor you will no be dissappointed .

We were very happy with the driving instruction our son received from Eric. Eric's communications with us was top notch. Always on time to pick him up for a lesson and if he was going to be late we were notified. Our son learnt a new skill each lesson while improving on the ones he already knew. My driving instructor was Syeda. By far the best driving instructor I could've asked for. She was patient with me and taught me so much during my lessons. Unlike others, she actually cared for me and wanted me to succeed which helped build my confidence, and took her time while teaching me. She was also so kind and was an overall great teacher!

Honestly go anywhere else. The driving instructors here are terrible. I paid extra for the gold package to do my G2 test in an instructors car and was cancelled on hours before my test. I did not get any reimbursement and was told it was "Eric's policy" that he overbooked other lessons over my test. I not only received horrible treatment from this company but I also paid an additional $200 for NOTHING.

I sent my daughter here.The driving instructor was going through some family issues which I understood.She would cancel driving lessons very often and with no notice.She would drive my daughter to her house and make her wait in the car while she did what ever in her house, But not giving her extra time.Speaking on her cell phone while my daughter was driving too!!!Also cutting lessons short.I have another daughter that will be driving soon.I will not be taking her to Eric's for sure.

I would like to warn you all before making a commitment with Eric academy driving school. He does not stick with his promises, I purchased gold package which include 20 hrs in class and 10 hours of driving behind the wheel as well as the car during the test day. During that 10 hours he was never on time, never professional, horrible attitude, he always made me feel I am not capable of driving. What bothers me the most is he cares about money more than anything else. After completion of the 10 hours Eric msg me saying I need more hours, in order to pass or he will not allow me take the car on the test day. I had to pay extra so he can take me to my test, and every lesson before starting the car he will demand to get the money in cash or he will not proceed. I had no other choice but continuing with him since I already paid for the test day. I must mention another negative ???? point just a day before the test Eric msg me again and he wrote on the msg, if you pass I will drop you back home, if you fail you are on your own. For God sake who does that, are you a human or money machine who doesn’t care about their students. I will never ever will refer anyone to this academy, he is not reliable at all.

I had always heard driving school was boring and tedious but at Eric’s driving school he made it a fun and engaging experience. I felt so prepared going for my G2 and passed on my first time which I know was because of everything I learned through the driving course. I was so nervous but he encouraged me and helped me remain calm. Anyone who is looking for a driving school should definetly go to Eric’s driving academy!
