The in-car sessions were terrible. Firstly, each session is only 45 minutes (not an hour). My instructor, Zaher, was impatient and verbally abusive. He did NOT create a learning environment. He was constantly talking on the phone during my sessions. There were incidences where he would cancel class last minute without letting me know. It is especially frustrating when I have been standing at the door for 20 minutes only to realize class is cancelled. This is extremely unprofessional. He was also very busy therefore I only have one session a week. I absolutely did not enjoy the services I paid for. I spent about $500 on the classes and have not even received my certification upon completion...despite complaining multiple times!! Would NOT recommend to a friend.

*EDIT Looking back, I now realize how weird it was that part of the classroom sessions involved mandatory review-writing. I get that they want more business, but there's got to be a better way than forcing a room full of teenagers to write reviews on google. Additionally, this review was written before the in-car lessons. The in-car instructor was a bit condescending; as someone who had never driven before, she made me feel stupid for not knowing how do do everything. She also spent a lot of the lesson time taking phone calls had you driving the previous student home. Updated review from 4 stars to 2 stars. *Original: Overall a good experience. Most of the information is taught through a booklet but the instructor teaches it in an engaging way.

Great experience with Obaid, he was patient and guided me through the road. He was able to teach me how to parallel park, 3-point turn and reverse park very easily. His tips and tricks have been useful when practicing on my own. I would highly recommended this driving school. They worked around my schedule and made sure all questions were answered. My instructor Obaid was f****** awesome! He was very knowledgeable about every question I asked and had great techniques for for different things, he was always on time and was very very friendly. Everyone I had talked to had told me how much of a nightmare all the driving instructors are but he was sooo cool, very easy to talk to and very calm and understanding; making me feel very comfortable driving with him and easier to learn from. He was also very accommodating in scheduling my lessons whenever convenient for me and helped me get the done within 3 weeks so I could get my licence faster. He made my driving lessons something to look forward to and something I actually enjoyed. Driving with Obaid was a lot of fun and I learned a lot! Thanks to him I’ll be a safe and good driver. We did the online course due to covid, The power points are done well and they get to the point of each topic. They do videos and games in between and this keeps you interested, and you will not get bored! This was a VERY educational course for myself I very highly recommend it

They expect you to learn with your parents and are almost infuriated that they have to teach despite being driving TEACHERS. They constantly insult you and degrade you. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Only giving 1 star because it won't let me post without a rating. I wouldn't even give them that. As a parent, do not trust the students reviews on here. First of all when we arrived for the first in-class, we were informed after the start time that we had to move to the Ajax location for the day because the instructor was not coming. Well, ALL the in-class sessions ended up to be out in Ajax. I signed up my son in Pickering for the convenience and now had to drop/pick-up at the Ajax location for all of his in-class sessions. Also, the in-class portions were ALWAYS cut short. Zahir Malik who claims to be the owner and it seems he's the ONLY driving instructor is very UNPROFESSIONAL, yelling and lying when confronted with an issue and this company is very disorganized - this is a money grab business. My son has been in this program 6 MONTHS and still not finished as Zahir keeps cancelling the in-car session with every excuse under the sun and makes no effort to re-schedule. I've asked for a refund for the driving portion and he refused and started yelling. The Ministry should really investigate into this driving school. All Seasons Driving School is a joke and a danger to drivers on the road!

I got super stressed out during our drive, which took 20 minutes before he took be behind an automobile repair shop and left me in the car in the middle of my lesson to run an errand! A day before my G2, with no knowledge on how to parallel park, I received 1 lesson from the driving instructor and passed at Port Union on the first go. For those living in the GTA, Port Union is well known to fail everyone for the smallest thing but I went in feeling confident in myself because that's how I felt at the end of the lesson. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! THE REASON THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU PUT THEM. During my last class I was called over and told to write a good review. They lie about prices and force you to pay more after the in car portion! All they want is your money and do not care if you actually learn to drive. The only reason I learned how to drive properly was because of my amazing instructor who no longer works there

Terrible customer experience, where do I even begin? The coordinator who assigns instructors, Amy, takes no accountability and advised me that instructors don't like driving at night and in poor conditions. Welcome to doing business in Canada during winter. How do you expect to operate if we all wait until Summer, with daylight well into the evening, and perfect conditions? The first driving instructor that she assigned, Habib (the owner's son), was some young punk who thought he could bully me around by pushing back and saying he's busy. He said that I'll just have to accept that every other instructor is busy so accept it that his schedule is all I have. Not a good start considering I was trying to balance my job and was travelling from Toronto every day. I got shrugged off by him and was let down and called the coordinator who told me to call the owner, Zahir. I did that and didn't get anywhere. It felt more like finger pointing within their organization rather than helping the customer. After multiple calls and chasing the school down, they assigned a second instructor, Matt. He called me and started yelling at me when I said I was available in the evening because I work all day. He said driving in the evening is too late and that he could only do one hour a week on Saturday. When I said that would take me 10 weeks to finish he said "take it or leave it, I don't care." What kind of attitude is that? I understand that you have to work with the instructors and their schedules but it is totally one-sided. I let the coordinator know and she kept telling me to call the owner, but he never answered his phone and never called me back. I called him 7 times to try and get a driving instructor assigned. No answer or response. Each time I called back I got someone else who couldn't help, no answer, or was told call back during business hours. When I did get through to the owner, he said he was busy and to call him back. Meanwhile, they say they're open until 9:30pm every day of the week! At this point my frustration has gotten to a point where I don't trust any of the people that I've talked to and I'm out almost $400. They take your money and then they stop caring. Avoid this driving school at all costs and go somewhere else. It's not worth wasting your time and money.

Our son is still waiting to complete his in-car driving hours with Habib, two YEARS, after he registered with this school. Efforts to contact the instructor have been futile as Habib does return messages. Not sure why there has been such a delay in completing the number of hours which we have already paid for, perhaps an insufficient number of instructors to keep us with the number of students that they keep generating. Beware if you choose to go with this company.

He has been very calm and clear in his teaching methods that there was no room for feeling nervous while driving. For new drivers I would definitely recommend to take lessons from obaid. I also had the opportunity to take lessons from Habib while obaid was away and Habib really shook out my fear by taking me to busy areas and driving at night while it was raining. He really prepared me to drive in real life conditions. I am grateful to both these instructors for helping me get my G2.

I came to this driving school expecting to fail because i literally knew nothing about anything and when i came in i applied and the office people were extremely nice despite me having a bad day. I went and i sat down expecting not to understand anything i was about to be taught yet as son as the lesson was over i retained everything and understood everything and it was so easy to understand and the teacher was amazing at explaining the answers to all my questions. Overall i rate this school 5/5 because the driving instructor was amazing and the in class teacher was phenomenal and everyone was nice and clear in the explanations. I highly suggest going to this school and taking these courses because there is a lot to learn and you can learn it all here!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Zahir Malik is unprofessional, rude and condescending. My daughter came home crying because he was yelling at her and saying things like "you don't know anything!" Instead of berating her, he should have provided her with constructive criticism and correct her mistakes. As her driving instructor, her knowledge of the road is based on his teaching is it not? So her lack of knowledge would be a direct reflection of his teaching or lack thereof. When we approached him with our concerns he got very defensive and condescending and went as far as to say "you people don't deserve me" and "my classes are always full so I don't care about the bad reviews." We ended up paying another driving instructor who was great! After speaking to other driving schools we were informed that All Seasons intentionally does not provide comprehensive in-car lessons, because they want you to pay for additional lessons as your child will not be ready for the road test. In addition, they purposely stretch out the in-car lessons because there is a clause in their workbook that all in-car lessons must be completed within six months otherwise an additional $50 must be paid in order to complete the course and receive your certificate. This driving school is not concerned with producing good drivers it is only concerned with making money and their license should be revoked.

YD is a waste of money. All seasons prices are much more competitive. I am now a driver with freedom!

If you were to choose a driving school I would highly recommend this school. If you were to choose an Instructor I would highly recommend an instructor name Obaid. Every 1 hour lesson and even before my G2 test he would give a talk on driving and NO NONSENSE! Every up and coming and new driver needs this. 2 years ago in Ajax I only took about a weeks worth of lessons and my G2 test which I passed and learned so much about how to be a great driver and better defensive driver. Number one thing Obaid taught me every time I got in the car was "look with your eyes on the road, and tune out the distractions." Fast forward 2 years later and now I have my G license! 5 stars and beyond.

Absolutely trash place, the instructor cancelled after being 20 mins late - not impressed. All of the people are rude and abusive, they are sexist and racist. They are really unprofessional, I called for service I needed in-car lessons and its been 3 weeks I am waiting to get service. I understand that you are busy but at least respect other people's time as well or you could tell me that you cant provide me services so i can go to a different driving school. They force you to rate them 5 stars before they give you your driving booklet and instructor. And for a name like all seasons, you would think they would teach you to drive in the snow, but they dont. Have fun waiting months for your driving lesson if it is in the winter.
