Ces problèmes sont certainement actuel car j'essai un retour au études avec les mêmes problèmes non traité par cette fausse assurance du gouvernement du Québec.

J'arrive avec tout ce qu'il faut au rendez vous, un Monsieur qui doit avoir la cinquantaine avancé et 4 ou 5 cheveux sur la tête m'accueille avec dédain au guichet 10 (ou 11), il n'a vraiment pas l'air content de me voir et j'ai l'impression en partant que je lui fait perdre son temps. Je m'explique, il me rétorque qu'il n'offre pas ce service et que je doit me rendre au CLSC de l'hôpital,, je lui dit clairement que selon mes renseignements c'est ici que je devais me rendre et il se fâche, il lève le ton me toise avec arrogance dit que c'est son travail et qu'il le sait plus que moi, il ne peux et ne veux rien faire pour moi. Même si j'ai un permis valide et un dossier et tout mes documents. Je repart et je sent son regard dans mon dos même l'agent de sécurité m'observe comme une paria ayant entendu l'autre lever le ton, il doit croire que je suis agressive mais je suis calme. Chez moi j'appelle la RAMQ, ils me répète que le service le plus rapide près de chez moi pour finaliser ma demande est bien par la SAAQ. Bref, j'ai réussi autrement, beau service de m***** Monsieur pas de cheveux, merci.

Went to saaq in Oct 2020, I then spent 6 months getting the documentation i needed for a license renewal & province change, *new updated birth certificate, notary, taxi fares, for new DL......totalling over $600. Went to saaq april 21, 2021, finalized license & picture. 2 weeks later i received it by mail....they spelled my last name completely wrong....I sent it back. Never heard back again....still don't have my license over a month later. I am angry & overwhelmed by the lack of interest or input to correct their mistakes & get my very expensive license to me. I contacted the head office, they said that i should do the whole thing over again at my own expense, taking no responsibility for their mistakes......I don't agree. What do you think about it? I am wondering if i am being intentionally violated & ignored, because i'm not french canadian. Am i a victim of discrimination, do i need a lawyer?
