I called ahead to ask about what was needed to switch my license from Alberta to BC. While on the phone they told me what was needed and I mentioned I would be coming that Friday as I had the day off. We ended the conversation and I drove all the way there (2 hours) only for them to tell me I now need to make an appointment due to covid. Are you kidding me? Why wouldn’t this be something mentioned on our initial conversation on the phone. Poorly run place.

Unhelpful customer service. There is a small sign at the top of the entrance saying it's appointment only and they have a three day lead time. Just go to Hinton if you can.

This is one of the worst registries ever. The guy there isn't too bad. The woman is horrible. I've been to this location a few times. This lady absolutely loves to make things difficult. Rude and nasty. It really surprises me that this place has a 3 star rating. Go to Hinton

Everytime I have transactions done in the registry, It was always smooth and well organized. From the telephone booking to the personal visit, it was great. All the staff are accommodating and very helpful. I would also like to commend Mr. Maniquis for always extending his help whenever I have queries and provide a lot of information that was very helpful. More power to all of you!

Very Good Service!! When it comes to Registry, Cedric the helpful man is like a google that lead us to the answer to every question. Me and my husband got always a take out answers from Driving Information through Marriage Information. Thank you for working as a Front Liner!

Walk in to 2 people "working" no one being served. Get told need an appointment cause they're too busy for a 5 to 10 minuet service, all because their next appointment is in 20 minutes. Sure ok, except when I come back with an appointment, someone walks in behind me without one needing the same thing and magically no issues getting them in. I guess you need to be friends with them to get customer service here. What a joke.

The man who works at this registry is fantastic but the woman is so unhelpful, condescending, and utterly rude. Pay the extra money to get yourself to Hinton or even Edmonton instead - trust me, it's worth it.
