I'm a mature would be driver, Mr. Jonas instilled confidence in me and my driving skills from day one. He was patient, positive, very clear on how to drive safely, pointed at all details for me to look at on the road and asserted time again his confidence on how good of a driver I am. Initially I was afraid of turning left, and at the end of my classes with Mr. Jonas (as I call him), turning left was F.I.N.E. After many times of trying with different ppl in different schools and failing, I passed my G2 on my first try. I will continue to seek Mr. Jonas for my G, as I have as much confidence in his teaching as I have on my driving. A kind soul, smart instructor. Thank you!

The in class instructions were very engaging and informative. Also had the opportunity to learn from Jonas as my driving instructor and was able to obtain my G2 license. He was great. Being new to driving, it was a bit challenging for me at first but Jonas was patient and helped me learn a lot. After 5 hours of driving practice with Raza in the past month I took my G2 road test this afternoon and passed! Overall, my experience with Globe Academy was excellent. I took the classroom lessons, 7 hours of in-car practice, then continued the rest of the hours after a 5-month gap due to personal reasons. Raza is an outstanding driving instructor, exceptionally patient, calm and encouraging, provides focused feedback and instructions on areas that need improvement, and truly cares about providing the best instruction for his students. He was also very accomodating in scheduling the sessions given the short time I had to prepare for the road test. I would absolutely recommend Globe Academy and taking the in-car lessons with Raza.

He was very informative and helped me feel safe and confident with my driving. Jonas was not able to attend and guide me on my last lesson before my exam, but Raza took his place and he was fantastic. My driving instructor was ABBAS at Globe Driving School, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. Being a beginner driver, Abbas showed and taught me the basics from Day 1. This includes not only sharing his expertise through verbal communication, but Abbas also really helped me by showing how to make proper "turns/exits" on paper. More importantly, what separated Abbas from the rest of the driving instructors from other Driving Academies is the fact that he truly cares about his student's success, and wants to see his students improve their driving schools after lesson on the road. After having bad experiences with other driving instructors in the past, I was never truly confident with "parallel parking." However, within the 3rd driving lesson, Abbas instilled a sense of trust and confidence in me that helped me execute the parallel parking on our second try. Lastly, during my road test exam for my G2, Abbas took me on the road test route, and I was able to drive the test route before taking the actual test which helped me immensely to mentally familiarize myself with the test route. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in a having a calm, approachable, and sensible driving instructor to request to have ABBAS as your driving instructor. Trust me, you will definitely thank me.

Not only were the in-class sessions helpful and resourceful, but office staff/instructors were always very friendly and helpful - making it a an easy and wonderful experience. I really hit the jackpot with my instructor Jonas! I hadn't driven in a long time before I started my classes with him and was really nervous when I first got behind the wheel. Jonas did a fantastic job easing me into the driving. By the end of the second class all the nervousness went away and I was driving comfortably. He observed and focused on all my weaknesses and I was able to practice a lot until they were perfected! I passed my G2 on the first attempt itself with no issues at all! The classes were helpful and informative. The first instructor I was paired up with was horrible. I don't recall his name but he made me so anxious I gave up trying to learn how to drive on my first lesson. I then started to read reviews and saw many people had positive feedback about Jonas. I called into the office, asked to be paired with him instead and try one last time. I am so glad I did because Jonas was beyond amazing and knows what he's doing. When I first got behind the wheel with Jonas I had major anxiety and was pretty much scared of everything due to my last experience. Jonas was so calm, positive, cares about all his students, and built my confidence up each lesson. Each lesson he goes over everything you need to know for the test and so many helpful tips on driving in general. With his help, I can say I feel much more confident behind the wheel and I will definitely be contacting him when I'm ready to take lessons for my G license. I passed my G test with just five lessons from the instructor Raza (I had about 10 yrs driving experience in India). The trainers are professionals and know how to read into a student's driving abilities to focus on the weak areas. The best part about the school is their approach, which is tailored to the student abilities and the flexible timings, which is blessing when you manage lessons with work. The final lesson on the test route ensures that there are no blind spots in your preparation! I attended Globe Driving Academy last summer for their intensive 4 day in-class course plus 10 in-car lessons. The in-class covered all of the thorough material a new driver would need to know, with a lot of useful information and regulations I would not have been aware of otherwise. The instructor was helpful and fair with testing, as well as willing to offer any extra help students required. Once I was past the in-class portion of the course I started my 10 -hour long lessons in car which was the most helpful in preparing me for my G2 test. I was able to practice in-car with a knowledgeable instructor for 3 weeks prior to my exam and mastered parallel parking, 3 point turns, and countless other driving techniques that surely appeared on the test! I felt prepared going into my exam and passed with flying colours. I have been driving for a year now and am going back to Globe Driving Academy to prepare me for my upcoming G test in December. I am confident they will help me pass and continue being a safe and successful driver !

I have enrolled for the express course at the Globe Driving Academy and my in class instructor was Mac. He was a really informative and experienced instructor. He took his job very serious and did not allow any slack in class. My in car instructor was Yogesh. I had 10 hours of in car lessons with him. Yogesh is a wonderful driving instructor. He acknowledges your experience and gives feedback in reference to your knowledge. He is kind, patient and highly experienced. With their help I passed my G road test today at first attempt. I highly recommend Globe Driving Academy and be sure to ask for Mac as in class and Yogesh as in car instructors, you will not regret it, if you take driving seriously and want to learn the right way.

Great driving experience I had at Global. My instructor Raza is very patient as he tries his best to make sure you do past your test. He's a great instructor and if you come to Global, try to get him as an instructor but be patient with his schedule as he has many students. Passed on my first try but was very nervous as he assured I will be ok. Awesome experience for my G2 and I will definitely be back for my G.

I have 10+ years of driving experience in Europe, and I really needed to override old reflexes and driving habits to be able to safely drive through Toronto and its surroundings. Junaid as my instructor has been great in teaching me the best practices, rules for driving and 'Dos and Don'ts' for safe and good driving on the city streets. My online classes were decent however my in car lessons were very good. The driving instructor, named Jonas, was very helpful and really made sure I understood how to efficiently and effectively drive. His knowledge is very helpful to students and I wouldn't suggest any other instructor. He makes it his goal to help you and make sure that you learn how to drive safely and properly. Global Driving Academy was very accommodating once it was able to open back up during COVID. They were able to get me in a car with an instructor within two weeks. I was able to contact my instructor Mr. Jonas directly and plan all of my driving sessions. Mr. Jonas is very patient and calm. He makes sure you are comfortable with what you are doing, but also makes you step out of your comfort zone when needed. He gives clear step by step instructions for you to follow and practice. During my sessions I have definitely become more comfortable on confident on the road.

Thanks Yogesh for the amazing lessons. I have been in possession of a Dutch drivers license for over 15 years but I could not swap it in for an Ontario license. I decided to have some lessons to understand all the differences between regulations in Europe and Canada. Also it was valuable to fully understand what the examinator wants to see during your exam. I had a really good time at Globe Driving Academy and I am happy (and relieved) to say that I passed on the first try. There are a few things that weren't perfect, but for the price and the flexibility of being picked up and dropped off, I don't think it's too big of a deal. One thing I will say is that you should call or text your driving instructor, don't email them! Asad was my in-class instructor and he was nice and funny. I wish the coursework moved faster, but seeing as it's a course anyone should be able to take, I can understand the slow pace. I honestly wasn't sure if I would gain a lot from driving lessons. I only took the course so I could reduce my wait time from 12 months to 8 months. However, I'm very happy I took lessons. My instructor, Raza, was so nice and really helped me build my confidence driving. I am 100% sure that I am a better driver because of his help.

After scheduling to use their car for the exam, Yogesh recommended i take an extra lesson prior to the 1 hour one that you get on the day of the car booking - excellent advice. I hadn't driven for several years and decided to take a few refresher lessons to get myself comfortable and safe behind the wheel. My instructor was Reza and he was excellent in his instruction. He was clear and professional, providing explanations behind every tip so that I could understand how these would be applicable in a real-world setting. I walk away from my sessions with him as a much more confident and competent driver. COVID note: I took my classes during the pandemic and Reza wore a mask during every lesson, and ask that I sanitized my hands before the start of any drive. I felt very safe from start to finish.

I am very glad I chose Globe Driving Academy as my driving school. I passed my G2 test on the first try and I intend on taking additional lessons from this school for my G test next year. Raza was my instructor and he was really fantastic. He is always so calm, patient, and friendly—especially considering he teaches so many students at any given time. He prepares you in so many ways, not just with the skills it takes to develop good driving habits, but also with boosting your confidence and being able to trust in your abilities as a driver. If you are reading any slightly negative reviews regarding scheduling, keep in mind they do not always have enough instructors to meet the demands of so many students, so be patient, reasonable and considerate. The quality of instruction that you will receive from this school is well worth it in the end.

He helped me feel comfortable with parts of the G test that I had been previously nervous about and I now feel more confident in my day to day driving skills. Raza was my driving instructor. Great attitude and always one to encourage. He truly cares about his students and ensures they will excel on their driving test. I had a very good experience with this school overall. I think the communication about the in class sessions dates are not great as I showed up several time there after booking my dates and the place was closed. Never got contacted even thought I registered. So that's a point to improve in my opinion. The in class instructor Mac is very knowledgable and will make any student very aware of the reality of driving and mainy how to be as safe as possible on the road. Great experience. My in-car instructor Jonas was also very patient and made sure I had all the keys to pass my exam. As I had driving prior to this school it went rather smoothly. I've had around 10 different instructors in the past, before my mom suggested Globe because she really liked her instructor there. My instructor was Raza and he's the best. I only had a few lessons with him but it made a huge difference in my driving and confidence. I have my G now thanks to him! Raza is pretty busy because he teaches non-stop so it's hard to get a hold of him at first (because he doesn't answer the phone while instructing with other students, unlike other instructors!) but he will always make time for you. He is very very sweet and patient. This school is very fair, accommodating, and well-priced. Most importantly, they will make you a good, safe driver. Globe Driving Academy is honestly the best experience I've had in my long journey to becoming a driver and I will only recommend them.

I was in a tricky situation where my G1 was only a month away from expiring when I started lessons. I hadn't driven in about 2 years and Yogesh was great at getting me comfortable with driving again. I didn't pass my test the first time as I rushed the process. But Yogesh encouraged me to go to Service Ontario to get a one time license extension which allowed me to take the test one last time 2 months later. The second time I passed! Yogesh was very patient and always knew exactly what I needed to work on. I highly recommend him for students who get anxious behind the wheel. My only issue is that you cannot schedule all the lessons you purchase at once (only one at a time). This made it difficult for me to plan my schedule and I hope Globe finds a solution to this. Otherwise, I am overall satisfied with my experience.

I cannot speak more positively about my driving lesson experience, make sure you sign up with Globe Driving Academy. My instructor was Jonas and he taught me everything I needed to know to successfully pass my G2 with flying colors. He has great methods to do parallel parking, reverse parking and driving in general. He explains techniques very well and even has a binder full of photos to show methods of doing 3 point turns, parallel parking, reverse parking and forward parking. When I completed my G2 test all I got was compliments from my evaluator. Before taking lessons with Jonas, I had 0 driving experience. 10 hours with Jonas was all it took to learn everything I need to be an excellent driver. Choose Globe Driving Academy and if you learn from Jonas, you are already ahead of most if not all drivers!

Very happy with my overall experience at Globe Driving Academy. The staff are great, especially Joanna in the office she is super helpful and friendly. The in class lessons were very informative, and helpful. The star of the show is Raza, the day of my test he erased all my fears and doubts. We had some time before my test, in this time he identified some bad habits I had picked up over time and we addressed those. A driving test can be a very daunting time for anyone, Raza has a clear, calm, effective way of teaching. I'm giving them 1 star since I found that the online classes were well-done and detailed about different driving scenarios and theories. However, II'm taking away 4 stars due to my experience with in-car driving lessons and the lack of response for COVID-19 safety guidelines. The school had not responded to me on what safety measures they were putting in place and has allowed for drivers to continue with their lessons. I have asked my instructor what measures are being put in place and he said masks and hand sanitizer. He did not take extra precautions to clean the wheel or seat before I entered the car, nor did he take any extra measurements to make sure we were both in a safe environment. He also took off his mask to chew gum. Furthermore, my instructor was half an hour late, the car was unkempt when I arrived and I was not guided through the steps of checking the car, fixing my mirrors or explaining any of the gears before we left. He was on his phone the entire time. I felt as though I knew more going in then coming out of the class. After all the good reviews I've been reading, I was very disappointed.

They are always patient and efficient and took care to really prepare me for my exams. They also worked with my schedule. I had a particularly GREAT instructor named Raza who I'm so grateful to. He helped me book my test when my license was about to expire, he worked around my schedule as much as he could and he brought my driving skills from mediocre to proficient in just a few short lessons! I had no idea how much I didn't know about changing lanes until my first lesson with Raza. This place helped me get my G2 license. I then waited 5 years to go for my G (bad idea) and in that time I didn't practice much. I was stubborn and decided to try to get my G license without taking any lessons. It was such a mistake. The second time around I took a couple of lessons and passed with flying colours! Seriously can't say enough good things. Globe is a great driving school that I would recommend to everyone seeking to get their G2 or G. The in-class section was quite helpful however the in-car sessions are really the greatest part in my opinion. My driving instructor was Yogesh, who was an amazing instructor (ASK FOR YOGESH, TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT). He is nice while also being a complete professional: he knows how to teach you, what to teach you and how to make you a better and safer driver. Learning from him is great because he gives clear methodical explanations for how to preform important manoeuvres and prepares you to pass your tests in a synch. Horrible experience. The instructor was unprofessional, didn’t give clear instructions and shouted/cursed at all times like a sailor. The day of my exam he continued to behave erratically and proceeded to hit the car to make clear I wasn’t going to pass the exam. He tried to intimidate me from the beginning by saying I would need to pay more money and more lessons. Also, he mentioned that in the particular center I was giving my exam they only approved of girls that wear particular clothing or “showed skin” ….. needless to say, I hated every single second of my experience with this scammers.

I went through multiple schools, alves, a+ teen drivers, and Bilal to pass my g2. I never passed and I failed about 4 times. I took 5 lessons with Raza before my g2 test and he cleaned up my bad habits and made me a MUCH more confident driver. I passed my g2 with Raza. He is patient and will drill the lessons into your head. Way different than other instructors that will talk to you about anything but driving while you’re paying to learn. They do cost a little more but it was worth it. I see people write their communication isn’t the best. The school does the best they can and if you’re not happy, let them know you’re not happy and they will try their best to accommodate you. I definitely recommend this school and getting Raza as your instructor, especially if you get anxiety at tests like I do!

If you are debating whether Globe Driving is worth it or not, I am here to tell you that it most definitely is. After a full self-paced online Beginners Driver’s Education course and 10 hours of in-car driving lessons with Mr. Jonas, I feel more confident behind the wheel than I ever have. Before I signed up for this full driving course, I was nervous as I had next-to-no driving experience and was afraid of making mistakes and miserably failing any driving examination. However, after many lessons, I have reassured myself with a new driving confidence. Mr. Jonas has taught me several valuable lessons when I am driving; these include, but are not limited to: Several efficient tactics to park a car, including reverse, forward, and parallel parking. He has very good methods which become muscle memory very quickly. He also has several sketches of these tactics and is willing to work at your own learning pace. He is very patient and also very nice when teaching. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking for driving experience or a driver’s education course. +1 For Mr. Jonas as well, he has taught me a lot!

Reading these reviews why was I not paired with Jonas. He sounds amazing. I have never driven a car before and my first time driving was at Rush hour downtown. Giving me complete anxiety while driving. Asking for a new instructor is like pulling teeth with these people. I paid for them to teach me how to drive. And I am still waiting for an instructor because if I dont complete my hrs of in car driving they will not send my course info to the ministry. It's been since the end of April I finished my in class.Very upset with this driving school. Feel like my money has been wasted. The only good thing about this school was the in class teacher. He was excellent. So disappointed.

I had a really good experience in this driving school. I was with Jonas on the in-car lessons and it was a great experience for me. I learned a lot and passed my G2 in downsview the first time I took it. I did a total of 19hr lessons with him and it was all worth it. I’ve had some lessons where I felt a little nervous but I think it’s normal for first time drivers. I’m coming back for my G next year. Mac who was my in-class instructor was also nice, he gives a lot of tips and tricks. I had a really good experience with their admin, Joanna was very accommodating whenever I had questions. Following up with the administrative side, I sent several emails for a refund for no services rendered. Still no reply as of today. **UPDATE** I received a call and the issue has been resolved. Super calm nice guy. In class instructor Mac is very informative too, just be prepared to stay minimum 1 to 2 hours after time class should be over. It never ends on time. I gave 4 stars because what i did not like is they are not picking you up/ dropping you off at home. Meeting point is at subway stations usually and i lose alot of my own time commuting to and from that meeting point. Otherwise you do learn what is important for test and I feel like a much better driver then i was when i started.

Overall, I had a great experience with this driving school! I was assigned Yogesh as an in-car driving instructor and he was amazing - very kind, patient, and specific with his feedback. Through his guidance I was able to pass my road test on the first try. One area where this school can improve, is to offer more advanced notice for bookings. They generally book your lesson with only 1-2 days advance notice, which can be difficult to accommodate for some schedules. But even considering this, I found Globe to be an excellent driving academy.

I have about 15 years of driving experience in the Philippines but I’ve heard of stories about failing the road test no matter how many years you’ve been driving abroad. So I signed up with Hi-Tech but the one hour lesson in preparation for my G road test was a total waste. The instructor kept entertaining phone calls and was even drifting to sleep while I was driving. I then opted to try All-Star Driving School. The instructor was ok but can be sarcastic when you make mistakes while driving. After 3 hours of driving lesson, when I asked him if am good already to take the G road test, all that he said is I need more practice without any elaboration as to my driving skills. I checked him off my list for my road test. I decided then to search for another driving instructor. I’ve already read wonderful reviews online about how great Jonas is as an instructor so I specifically requested from Globe Driving Academy that he be my driving instructor. I have to warn you that Jonas is very much in demand and has a full schedule (that in itself already shows how awesome he is as a driving instructor because he is highly in demand). I was lucky that he accommodated my request for a two hour in car lesson. He accurately assessed my strengths and weaknesses in my driving skills, taught me what to be mindful about during driving and everything I needed to learn in order to pass the G road test. He is very patient, polite, punctual, and smart. He gives his full attention during the driving lessons and doesn’t entertain phone calls from other students while on the road. He is worth every cent of money you’ll pay for your driving lessons in order to pass the G road test. I highly recommend his services. You won’t regret it! After completing my in class lessons i was told that there is a 2 month wait period if i wanted Jonas as my in car instructor. I was ready to wait based on the reviews and the wait was absolutely worth it. I always had a fear of driving and Jonas helped me get rid of it . As a previously licensed driver in another country, it gave me valuable information for driving in Ontario. The online classes were well managed and due to delays due to COVID i had to wait 18 months for my test. My instructor, Jonas, was very patient and gave valuably feedback which on the day of my test made me much more confident in my abilities as an independent driver. The lessons were well set out, practicing on different locations. I was most nervous for the parallel-parking but the tips Jonas gave were invaluable. I would strongly recommend this driving school.

The in-class sessions were not as informative as I would have liked. They should have covered more material, but yet they started late and finished earlier than the allotted time. It seems it is difficult for the school to hire teachers who are skilled at teaching (I think they probably don’t get enough training) and they often encountered technical difficulties (had a substitute teacher). The classrooms were very cramped. Not having driven for a long time and being nervous, my in-car instructor Raza was very patient with me. He helped me get comfortable with driving first, which allowed to me learn the required skills later. He is able to hone in on the skills you need to work on (without yelling at you or getting angry) and repeat them until you get it right. Raza made parking seem easy - even parallel parking! Although it was difficult at the beginning to schedule lessons because of both our busy schedules, it was worth it, because he did help me pass the my driving test. He cares about his students and wants to help them succeed.

I had Raza as my driving instructor for my G license, and I liked the overall experience. He was very honest in assessing my skills and determining whether or not I was ready for the test, and told me when he thought I didn't need extra lessons even though I was not sure about my own abilities. He was also very patient in answering my questions, especially since I had a lot, and he explained the rules of the road clearly. I'm happy I managed to get my G license on my first try with him. Only thing is he's very busy since he has a lot of students, so I had to follow-up with him regularly to set up lessons or get a reply. This may change when they hire more driving instructors. He accommodated all our questions. 20 hours is not enough to know everything but I know the team gave their best to compress everything. For in-car lessons, Jonas is the best. I learned so much from him, way more than I did when I took lessons from another driving school. This is because Jonas dedicates his full time and attention to teaching his students. Unlike some instructors, Jonas does not waste your money or time. He will teach you everything you need to know and prepare you well for your road test the first time around. Jonas also communicates information and instructions very clearly and is patient and calm. If you make mistakes or get nervous, he does not raise his voice or lose his temper. Instead, he will calmly explain what you did wrong, and he will spend more time practicing with you. He will also use different methods (such as visuals) to explain concepts, which was quite helpful. Jonas is also very considerate and thoughtful. If you tell him your concerns, he will try his best to change the lessons based on your needs. For example, when I told him I was worried about not getting enough practice as my family does not have a car, Jonas suggested that I meet closer to the training area to reduce the time wasted in traffic. That way, I will have the maximum amount of time each lesson to practice in the car with him. He also suggested that we schedule lessons consecutively so I can practice consistently and remember the concepts more. Jonas is truly a great teacher and cares a lot about his students. His overall kind and calm demeanor makes students feel very comfortable and at ease with him. As a nervous driver with limited driving experience, Jonas has changed my perspective and fears about driving. He has shown me that driving is not as scary as I had imagined and that I can become a good driver through proper training and practice. As a result of his teachings and encouragements, I was able to pass my G2 Road Test on my first attempt last week. I am very grateful for his help, and I highly recommend him to everyone. He is truly the best of the best in the industry! I hope the driving school recognizes his great work, and I look forward to learning from Jonas as I proceed with my G license. My first half of the experience with globe driving was very poor but second half was pleasant. So i started off with an instructor who rarely ever picks up calls or gets back to me. I wasted 2 weeks trying to reach her every now and then with no response and all of a sudden she decides to leave me so they had to set me up with a different instructor. Finally got some progress done with this instructor as he finally set a date i can get my first lesson on. That day went by quick but this instructor to no surprise was terrible. All he did was make me drive around for 2 hours without training any maneuvers or important aspects i would need for the driving test itself. Then he decides he stop working with glove driving and once again i had to be set up with a completely new instructor. However this 3rd instructor was very helpful to my pleasant surprise. He only had me for 3 hours of in-car lessons but he made the most of those 3 hours. He taught me all the ideals and mechanics i would need in my test and day-to-day regular driving. I ended up passing the test with flying colours. Oh and this 3rd instructor's name was Yogesh, for anyone who was interest in getting a great instructor. -Ubaida

I'm on my second driver now as the first driver, Rozi, refused to answer texts unless you spoke to her supervisor. Communication is extremely poor with these people, and my boyfriend's instructor spent 40 minutes of his first 2-hour lesson on the phone. The lack of professionalism is unreal. Only reason it's not 1 star is because my second driver is a good instructor, if by some divine miracle you get him to text you back and actually book a time with you. Hey, at least he doesn't spend half the last on the phone like Rozi.

The instructors do not respond to messages and the school admin is aware of it. I finished my online course in Sept 2020, had 2 back-to-back lessons and was not scheduled again before lockdown, despite sending messages to the instructor. I tried to book lessons when we came out of lockdown and again sent messages that were never returned. I contacted the school and eventually the instructor contacted me. Lesson 3 occurred on Sept 1 2021 because there was a cancellation and I was able to take the spot. And then it was back to no response to my repeated messages. I contacted the school again in November and was told they would assign another instuctor who would contact me. Over a week went by with no contact and I followed up with school and they provided a name and number and told me to contact instructor. There were a few messages, the last being on Dec 17th when I confirmed availability for the weekend and the instructor said he would msg me shortly. I have not heard from him since. I have contacted the school again to request a refund for the lessons I have not received and I will give them a short time to respond after which I will take the matter to Small Claims Court.

Globe Driving Academy was a truly lucky find! After a bad (and expensive!) experience with another school, I was wary but decided to try them, as they had some great reviews online and offered in-car classes at a very reasonable hourly rate (which is hard to find in the downtown area!). It initially took a while to get me into the schedule (as I’m only available at weekends) but after the first class, I knew I had come to the right place. The instructor was friendly, calm, attentive - quickly identified my problem areas and explained in detail how to overcome these. Each lesson he pointed out things to make me more aware of my surroundings and increase my confidence and skills as a driver. The focus was always on the long-term and about giving me the tools needed to be a safe and confident driver - which made such a difference!! The in class lessons made me very aware of the dangers of driving as well as general knowledge of a car. I was assigned Jonas as my instructor and in five two hour lessons I was prepared very well for my test. Very Professional.The online course is beneficial for new drivers. My in car trainer was Mr Yogesh Ahuja, I have no words to say thank you. He was very professional.He teaches you the exact things you need to know for the test and is also needed for a driver in long run.This is was my second attempt for the G2 test. I had a very bad experience with the previous school and when I was looking for the second school, I came across the Globe academy. It was a hell lot of difference between trainers. This I came to know when I took the in car lesson from Mr Yogesh, he really want you to pass your exam rather than only teaching you for an hour. I recommend everyone who is a new driver in Canada to take lessons from this school. Don't compare money wise as the services and the trainers differ when you pay less.

Edited after connecting with North york office again: Management Acknowledged the communication gap and offered to help resolve the situation. I just got passed my G2 drive-test yesterday from Centennial Park Plaza, 5555 Eglinton Ave, and it went so smoothly and get feeling of like it takes less than 10mins with examiner's from that 20mins approximate duration, all with the help of in-car instructer Mr Jonas, which I started and completed in-car lessons insplit of 5days within 4weeks (from mid-July 2021), also with the help from in-class instructer Mr Mak (some 20months back...) still printed fresh in my mind... I would highly recommend this driving school. I purchased the full package of classes and in-car instruction in December 2017. I have experience driving in my home country but had a lot to learn about the rules of the road in Canada. The classroom Instruction was clear and concise as the instructor helped us through all the material. My driving instructor, Dalton, was fantastic. He made sure we spent time driving in areas relevant to the G test, including highway instruction. Dalton focused on correcting any bad habits I had and patiently repeated and reinforced what I needed to focus on On the day of the test, I was able to practice with him before the test for any last minute reminders. I ended up taking my test on one of the worst days in December but passed even though driving in these conditions was fairly new to me. I've had many different driving instructors from different schools in the past, and Globe Driving has the best instructors. Raza was my instructor - he helped me get over the fear of driving, taught me valuable lessons in the car, and was able to identify my weak areas and work on strengthening them (a mark of a skilled teacher!). I had Kalim as my in-class instructor (I think he only teaches on Tuesday nights) and he was fantastic. Really conversational and welcoming class, always kept us interested. For my in-car lessons I had Harminder, who will meet you at Kipling station for 2 hour lessons. I found him very calm and easy going but also very safe. Really nice guy and he definitely makes an effort to make the lesson as comfortable as possible. I started my lessons with basically no driving experience and now feel confident driving, and love doing it. In general I've had a great experience with Globe and would recommend it to anyone.

I chose Globe Driving Academy because it is one of the Three Best Driving Schools in Toronto, having Five Stars award in Face Book and Yellow Pages, 4.7 Stars in Google, and the St Clair West location is near to my house and easy to travel. I took BDEC package in 2017. In-class instructor Kalim was professional, patient, very knowledgeable and reminded all students to become a safe and responsible drivers. Unfortunately I had 3 in-car instructors (who couldn't commit to their lessons for different reasons) and I got the best in-car instructor Raza on my last tenth hour. I was so worried because BDEC package students must finish G2/G test within one year after starting date of the course. That time was one and a half month away from the deadline date. When I explained my difficulties and concerns to the administrative staff Joanna, she encouraged me and immediately arranged the best in-car instructor Raza to me. Raza is professional, calm, patient, detailed-oriented and genuinely care for all his students to become safe and responsible drivers in their lives and successful in their drive tests. He doesn't chit-chat, but he constantly observes your driving and gives you constructive criticism, explains the bad consequences of your major mistakes, and guides you how to fix your problems. He warns you about Do's and Dont's in driving. I never met any in-car instructor who constantly tells you where you are wrong, warns you to remember traffic rules/laws/right of ways and apply them in daily driving especially at the busy complex controlled intersections and uncontrolled intersections. Sometimes he seems to be pushy a bit when he thinks to train you strictly, but please don't feel offended because he just makes you to produce better results. The driving school itself was unorganized at times when connecting me with an instructor, however, this is at no fault to the secretary as she is incredibly overworked. The in-class instructor was engaging and humourous (I don’t remember his name, but he’ll have a lot of stories to tell you). I’m very satisfied with my learning experience with my instructor, Jonas, he was calm and patient, and I felt safe with him as a driving instructor. I passed my first attempt on my driving test, as I had an exceptional teacher.

My coach scheduled around one hour with me before the test to test drive the car and go over all the points that I need to pay attention to based on my driving, which has been super helpful for my test.
