I just passed my road test today in Ist attempt. I was not having any driving experience before joining this school. I did full course which includes 10 hours of driving and 25 hours of certificate lessons. My experience with all the instructors specially Aziz was good. They taught me all rules and also showed how to apply them practically in driving with learning examples. I will recommend High Class Driving School and specially for new learners/drivers. Very responsive to training and booking requests. Instructors are on time. I had a very very positive learning experience and the instructor wasn't only focused on tricks to pass the exam but really how to drive safely and follow the rules of the road - from proper parking to proper merge with high ways. The instructor was very honest about what am doing wrong and communicated very politely with instructions. In 2 weeks period I learned a lot and passed the road test - really saved me a lot of time and money.

Great service and communication. The school was able to accommodate my schedule changes. I did the full 25 hour course, including the 10 hour road practice. The instructors were also great and all gave me great feedback which prepared me well for my test. I passed my road test on my first attempt with 0 points deducted! High Class Driving school is a great institute for learning to drive. Aziz is a very helpful and knowledgeable instructor who will work around your schedule and accommodate as per your driving needs. His car (Honda Civic auto) is also kept in mint condition. Compared to the big dog driving schools like High school driving (where it is VERY difficult to book lessons and get your driving road test) , you can finish your driving course and lessons and sit for the road test within a month or two with High class driving. Thank you Aziz for teaching me how to drive from scratch and I highly recommend this driving school for all!

Just finished the June 19/20 and 26/27 classes. The Collins' were amazing teachers! They made learning fun and took a lot of dry material and applied read life situations to make it stick. I hear they are not returning to High Class, which is too bad ???? future students will really miss out. However, if anybody has the opportunity to learn with them I highly recommend it! ???? I had passed my road test last week. Kazeem was my instructor and he is really good. I only had couple of hours with him on the road.. Even got pick n drop service from my home by him which is so kind of him :) But Kazeem was really straight to the point, explains all the rules and my mistakes for correction. I’m grateful for these guys. I had my road test booked and called these guys a month before to inquire if I would be able to use their car for it and they were really helpful. They even offered an extra day so that i could get an in car lesson which was very thoughtful. On the day of the test they showed up an hour earlier to help me before the test. My instructor Aziz was really good and had much knowledge of how he was instructing. In the end i passed and I’m really grateful. Thank y’all so much and I definitely recommend these guys.

Hi Everyone, This was the 3rd school I reached out too a month ago. As, I never knew how to drive, i had a car accident with two surgeries and the fear of driving griped me. But the lady Fereshteh, help me so much, she was calm, patience and knowledgeable of what she was teaching me. I had less than two weeks to learn how to drive before my test. We practices 2hrs everyday and she was on time to pick me up and drop me off. I passed my exam at 1trail and purchased a brand new 2021 jeep the following day. Thank you for help!

Very poor customer service and administration. I took drivers Ed two years ago and never got my certificate. I called to ask for it to be mailed so that I can update my license. The service I received was very unprofessional and rude. The manager hung up on me and refused to talk as well. After many phone calls and much persistence, I was able to get my certificate. But this caused a lot of headaches. I hope if the owner is reading this that they will consider making changes to improve their service for their future customers.

Freshteh and Aziz are more than professionals. Aziz trained me on my very week points after failing twice and in 4 hours he made it more than easy to pass. And today, my wife passed with Freshteh after 1 fail attempt. My wife was a 0 to Hero experience as she is a brand new driver with only learners license. She never drove before in her life. Freshteh took her from the very basic to advance level. The full course with basic to advance techniques, very calm and patient, very pleasant person. I took the full package of driving courses in the High-Class Driving School this summer. I had a driver's license in my country, but I know each country has slightly different rules. I haven't driven for a while, so I decided to learn more driving skills in Nova Scotia. After I took the two-week theory course (on the weekend) at the Atlantica Hotel, three different teachers taught me to actually drive. It was a total of 10 hours, including two hours of driving over five sessions. Every teacher was so nice. In particular, I'd like to compliment Aziz! He is such a hardworking teacher. Even on the first day that I met Aziz in front of my house, he put me in the driver's seat immediately. I was a bit nervous, but he kept helping me, making the mood comfortable! I ordered some meals through the drive-through and hit the gas pedal on the highway in the heavy rain. After I took all the sessions, I was able to drive more confidently and comfortably. I learned from the best teacher! Aziz, thank you so much for teaching me!

I asked for SUV car as I am used to it and they kindly provide. Within 3 hours I could learn from my instructor Fereshteh and did my driving test successfully from first trial ????????. She started with a trial test on my driving after that she summarized my faults and put a focued plan to help me. She is excellent in explanation using paper and pen plus giving notes and advises during the driving training. I will recommend my friends and any one is looking for driving test preparation to contact Fereshteh. It was good that I didn't go directly to do driving test and did my driving rules refreshment with High Class Driving School before my driving test appointment. Excellent school. I passed my exam today with only 2 points lost! The instructor is responsible and responsive. I always got valuable feedback on my driving with detailed explanations and tips to improve my skills. The instructor is polite and respectful, so I always felt comfortable. The lessons started in time from my home and finished at a place I needed. In addition, I got all kinds of help starting from rescheduling a lesson to scheduling a driver test at convenient for me time. I strongly recommend this school.

A HUUUGE thank you to AZIZ, he is just great, calm, detail oriented, gives you all the tricks or on how ,when and what to do in order to pass the road test. I was extremely stressed out but he was amazingly calm and just made me relax and gain confidence behind the wheels. I joined their New Ed course and after taking full payment in advance, they booked my theory sessions right away. After completing my all theory sessions, i never heard back from them. I kept calling calling to book my in car training but they never picked my call. After waiting a whole month, i asked for a refund and was never given any refund. I will be complaining about this school to Business Bureau to take further Actions. Please do not join this school.

Pathetic driving class. Never ever think of joining this school. These guys run a school just to milk money. Having shelled out a lot of money, these people can't even wait and drop the student after the road test. not a good school very unorganized . They said they learned my son how to back up but when i asked him he told me they did not learn him to back up. called to change times of his lesson on the day of his lessons. Also had to meet them at a location in Bedford for my son's lesson, then they texted me to see if i could come back and pick him up. \took \ 15 min break during one of his lesson . Glad to be done with this school Should of sent him to rights driver school where i sent my daughter. That's what I get for trying to save dollars.

I try not to leave bad reviews, since alot of people only leave reviews when when they do t like the service. But in this case I'll make an exception. Signed up 4-5 months ago. Didn't receive any of the 10 drivibg lessons and was able to attend 2 of the 4 in class times before the lockdown. Which makes me also question the validity of their reviews, given the fact they were closed. Hiw can peolle be leaving top notch reviews for business that isn't open or providing service. Anyway...... To be fair I understand the in class time but basically after 4 -5 months I have received about 75% of what I payed for. There was ample opportunity for the driving lessons before the lockdown. As well as several text conversations confirming availability over the course of this 4-5 months. Plus I've seen other driving g instructors on the roads over this time as well, like everyday Now I have no need, and no time for the service, as circumstances have obviously changed over such a long period of time. Despite not providing 75% or so of the service that was payed for, theyre trying to keep all the money. Ya covid lockidwn was a bit unfortunate but thats not the customers fault. Plus there is the fact that not even one driving lesson was given before the lcokdown or any other time over the several text conversations given. So ya, I'd def consider going somewhere else. It's very specific type of business practice that will attempt to keep funds for services that were not provided, over substantial periods of time. It shows a.lack of scruples and integrity if you can't provide a mojaority of what someone has payed for thats not their fault. Things change over months and months and it's unreasonable to expect customees to just wait around for extended periods of time to accommodate you. Obviously things are going to chance over that time and they may no longer need that service or have the time 5 months down the line. It is 100% unreasonable and very questionable to try n hold these funds for extended periods while expecting the customer to be sitting around waiting on you. Tbh, I've filed a complaint w the BBB and am also debating on pursuing this matter in small claims court.

Didn’t get past registration of my son for their new drivers training course. Wanted to meet someone before registration so called them up where a lady answered. Informed them that I’ll be at their office location in 30 minutes. Went there to find the door locked. Called and the lady was in the bridal shop who requested that we wait 10-15 minutes. So we waited and tried the door after 15 minutes. Still closed and on calling again, she asked that we wait 5 more minutes. Waited 10 more minutes and called again, and this time she didn’t bother picking up. So we went home. Later received a message asking us to come in. Really unprofessional behaviour. Doesn’t matter how good the driving instructors might be if this is what we will be dealing with. I was really impressed by their high rating on google but now I am skeptical of that rating as well. Would not recommend.

Almost every single class was rescheduled, which was very inconvenient . Their driver always late 10-15 minutes to driving classes. separately charged for exam package, but never took my son over exam road .So he failed due to unfamiliar area on highway with unmarked lines under construction. The actual name of the school should be changed to the "low class diving school". they even had to rescheduled a few driving classes due to the broken car.

She's very tough on you but you will build skills quickly. I was so nervous on the day of the test, and I realized I forgot my water bottle. I booked a couple of days before my test. The instructor was knowledged. She took time and explained my mistake with a drawing board in the car. It really helped me to clear the road test. I strongly recommend her.
