Joe is a fantastic instructor. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Very accommodating, extremely patient, but the best part is how in tune he is with the student. For example, I kept turning my head to see how many stop signs were at each intersection, well Joe goes: the little white “all way” underneath the sign will tell you if it’s an all way stop. How did he even notice that I didn’t know this? That’s very impressive. I loved all his little tips (and there were quite a few) on how to drive safely. If you need a lessons, Joe is hands down the best. The girl booking appointments was super helpful and very understanding as well.

Before getting enrolled in this school please clarify everything, because they don’t give any refunds. You will loss your money. Very bad experience. They charged $150 for beginners driver education course, i even passed this test but they neither gave me completion certificate nor my money back, just because I didn’t do in-person car training from them, which they ask me to wait for 4 months to get in-person training, i was not ready to wait this long. So I asked for course certificate or refund. I received nothing from them.

Joe is very unprofessional. I texted him right after I booked the drive test if he can take me to do it, and he said yes. The night before my test, he texted me that his wife is going to take me instead of him, but will still use the same car. After I requested if she could arrive earlier since I want to be at the test center 30 minutes before the test, she thinks I am difficult and wouldn’t take me to the test! It’s the NIGHT BEFORE MY TEST! I have no idea how can this be happened! So he later arranged another instructor to take me to do the test. With a new car, a new instructor, I failed again. Oh yes, he will only text you one night before your test date, to tell you the details about your test. They charge 110$ for doing the test by using their car, but they will only take you to the test center 15 minutes before your test time. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I was amazed at the efficiency and attention from the instructors at this driving school. I had contacted various driving schools, and many of them didn't even bother to reply. At Provincial, I received replies to all my many questions and in a very timely and efficient manner. At Provincial, you are not just 'another studen' or a 'number'. They go out of their way to assist you, from my experience. I highly recomend, above any other driving school. And i had researched and contacted various others. Provincial is BY FAR THE BEST I FOUND

I came from Toronto to get my G test in Belleville. I needed preparation for it and randomly contacted Mr. Moe. It must been a sign from God for sending me this instructor. He is well versed in his field and you won't regret it learning from him. If you live in Belleville or coming outside from Belleville don't look elsewhere! Moreover, he has excellent interpersonal skills and copes with your personality.

Getting my G2 through Provincial driving school was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was quite skittish on the road at first, but Joe taught at a pace that was comfortable for me and in no time I was happily practicing in my own family vehicle. From the videos, to the diagrams drawn on the board, as well as with the stories to help us really visualize the sort of things that we may encounter while out on the road, I now feel a lot more confident about my understanding of the rules and regulations that I as a driver must adhere to in regards to the Graduated Licensing system (and my full G license), as well as the things I should be watching out for. Joe is an absolute legend, he makes sure you understand all of the concepts and skills required to be an excellent driver on and off the road. The classroom concept is excellent, and the course itself has multiple presentations. videos, and interactive software dedicated to students for gaining knowledge and understanding the true privilege of driving a motor vehicle. I feel as though I have learned a lot in this course. The presentation on the Move Over Law was very eye opening and allows us to view police officers as human beings. I would like to thank Provincial for making me a better driver and human being. Highly recommend going here.

I'll try to keep this review short and concise. Mary and Joe were condescending and intolerant, people go to driving school to build their confidence, not to have it completely diminished. They boasted about their experience and reputation but asked students to give 5 star ratings on google in exchange for in class marks, and to make matters worse that same experience and reputation they boasted about was used as an intimidation tactic to minimize complaints and justify being rude. Will they try to dispute this review by arguing in the comments like a lot of other driving instructors? Or will they just continue to make questionable offers for 5 stars? If you hide and keep your concerns to yourself you'll probably get along with them fine, otherwise good luck.

I am taking off three stars; however, because I had a really bad experience with my driving instructor and it actually scared me from driving because I was so traumatized. I ended up not paying for the rest of it because I didn’t feel comfortable finishing my driving lessons with that instructor; but felt too uncomfortable to ask for a new one. If you get Shaq, beware if you’re a new driver. He’s been in an accident with a student before and is extremely nervous which made me very nervous. He slammed on his break and nearly caused an accident while I was driving.

After a horrible experience with Durham Drivers Academy, I was hesitant to sign up with any driving schools in Oshawa. I did a lot of research on Prov Driving School before registering with them. Am I glad I did! Joe is an amazing instructor - funny and full of knowledge. He takes his job very seriously. They always have classes as scheduled. They have a tonne of driving instructors so never are there cancellations on their part. They're flexible to accommodate varying schedules. You will not regret being a student of theirs, I promise!
