The girl, Christie, behind the desk was argumentative, rude, raising her voice several times and I wasn't even there for a test I was there with a g1 student about to take their g2 test. She told me I was not allowed to stand outside the door and text people. She came out and yelled at me to: Move along! This person needs to have some people skills training. She does not have the right to yell at people and tell them where they can or cannot stand.

The lady is running this place all by herself. Despite all the stress of dealing with people who need road and written tests, people lining up outside, she is so kind, helpful and understanding. I've been to drive test Newmarket and that was quite the opposite experience. This kind lady deserves our kindness!

would of been nice to know the hours....paid taxi fee of $25 dollars to get there to do my G1 test only to see on the door CLOSED 1st Tues and Thursday of the month. PLEASE list your hours of operation. I would not of wasted that money today if i had known. Grrrrr

The best location to deal with, the lady in office was so great and work hardly and quickly to let customers not wait, she was amazing, the examiner was so nice and respectful, hopefully all drive test have nice ???? people like that place, thank you ????

Great small DriveTest centre. People there are nice and helpful, I came for a G road test, lady at the front desk and the examiner were helpful and it went smoothly even with some troubles with their computer. Low star reviews there are almost always for the DriveTest as a whole. I agree with that rating somehow, with a backlog of 700000 people waiting for their road tests after covid, with poor online service and phone service, people can get annoyed...! My appointment was cancelled twice...!

Have to use a long distance number in able to listen to a 5 minute message. When I finally got through to the Brockville location iwas told the mailbox was full and was hung up on. Best example of rotten service I have experienced.

First of all, I can't believe I was able to even book a test.. Anyways, I had a great experience at this drivetest center. The front desk employee was super friendly and very helpful. My examiner was awesome, they didn't make me feel any unnecessary pressure which helped me pass the G test.

I honestly thought it was not going to be a bad experience but it really was, i tried calling the testing centre to cancel and rebook my test but the lady on the other end of the phone Saying: YOU CANNOT DO THAT! YOU HAVE TO DO THAT ONLINE I CANNOT HELP YOU and then I apologized and she said HAVE A GOOD DAY! In a very aggressive tone, a simple no and an explanation would’ve been enough but I didn’t even get a sentence out without being berated I won’t be recommending anyone to go to this place anymore because that is not okay to speak to anyone in that way

Bureaucratic hell, where they make a mistake, then give you 2 months to fix it when another ministry, that is responsible for fixing said mistake needs 3 months to do so.

The hours online need to be updated to reflect the hours on the door. Before coming at lunch one day, I looked online and the hours were listed as 8:30- 5pm. The female employee working, very aggressively came out to tell us "we close from 12-1 and the sign on the door says so". I was so taken aback by her approach that I couldn’t even respond to her. So today, we come for 8:30 as is listed as the opening time online to see that the hours on the door say they open at 9am. So frustrating that the hours online do not reflect the actual hours they are open!

I have been trying to book an appointment to get my G1 and have phoned the number provided 2 or 3 times it is not a brockville ontario number and cost me long distance only to not get a hold of anyone. So I went to the drive test place stood outside the door and no surprise none would come to the door very unfriendly company. Drive test places are making it harder to get their license why? Came here with my wife and her younger cousin to do her g1 test and while we waited in line two middle aged gentlemen infront of us were called in. No big deal at first until it was our turn and i knew that all 3 of us were not allowed in so I stepped back and that's when the guy working there, "older bigger man" rudely stopped my wife and said "only one person allowed inside" after he had just let two people in at the same time!. I think the older man needs to relearn the COVID protocals (don't make different rules) as well treating people better.
