Repeated unanswered calls and emails over two weeks. Last minute return call day of course, thus my child could not attend. Terrible customer service.

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They told me to give in a 50$ deposit to the main receptionist of the building (which is not associated to Circuit). The receptionist is supposed to put your deposit in a box that you do not see, which is eventually given to Circuit. When I came in for my classes, I was told my deposit wasn’t given. I ended up having to pay it again. I thought they would help me find where my money has went, but they did not! I still don’t know where my money has went. If I would have known, I would have went to another driving school that is more reliable with money. I would have loved to give them 0 stars, but sadly that feature does not exist. *SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO A DRIVING SCHOOL THAT TAKES YOUR ISSUES SERIOUSLY AND THAT ARE RELIABLE WITH MONEY*

Decent in class Drivers Ed, not the best for first time drivers who might be nervous.

Had 2 children do lessons with them. Once all in class and in car lessons were done, our children wanted to pay to use their vehicle for their test. We called, emailed & texted instructor several times each way, and NEVER got any responses. Never got call or email either confirming they had ever received deposit, registration or final payment.

I have had no problems with circuit driving school, all my questions have been promptly answered. only issues were during COVID-19, and getting the on road driving completed, but this is not at the fault of Circuit driving school. My second child is currently enrolled online, so far all is great.

My road instructor was often late by 15+ minutes or forgot I had a lesson. The driving lessons didn’t seem to follow a specific plan for learning, and I ended up having to do a lot of revision by myself to remember important manoeuvres that were rarely revisited.
